Storyline post leap

I am surprised with people saying that they are unhappy with the current storyline. IMHO this is exactly where the story should be going (leaving aside the Suman crap). Pre leap Adini had been accepted by the family (except TVS which is understandable) and were on their honeymoon. Yes they could have spent few weeks dealing with Kuhu and Champa issues but then what? Where was the story going to go from there? Continuous battle between these 3? 2.4 kids? At that point the show would have reached a natural end.

idealy, to should be about vkram's retribution, and his salvation by bringing Sugni back to Adi, and the family she belongs to.

but what i cant understand is chulbuli reaction to Vikram. granted she has lost her memory. why is she reacting that way to vikram. getting lost in him, thinking of him all the time. why is she becomming putty in his hands. does she still love vikram, then that would mean that she never loved Adi. or does vikram is simply the tirgger that is bringning back her past lost memories. she feels instinctivly safe with vikram because he wont hurt her. but what will she do when she remembers that she got shot becaues of him in the first place.

and why is vikram not telling chulbuli that she is married, maybe that will help trigger her supress memories.

All 3 of these characters have been on a mental and emotional roller coaster since the wedding debacle. Sugni has been fighting a head verses a heart battle ever since. Her head quite rightly says she cannot get involved with a married man. Her heart and soul on the other hand loves TVS and only him.

Both TVS and Adi have had emotional outbursts (TVS when he lost his head which ended in G getting shot and Adi when he vented at Sugni and threw her out of the house). Sugni on the other hand has never had the chance to vent her feelings apart from when she lashes out at TVS.

The mind is a delicate instrument. It can take soo much before it shuts down in order to protect itself. I think Sugni's mind shut down after she was shot to enable her body to cope with recovering.

Seeing TVS has triggering old memories in her mind. The mind is protecting itself by filtering those memories slowly.That's why the images are not clear. The mind is remembering the good times and as it adjusts,slowly the other memories will come back.

TVS did show her the Mangal Sutra on Thursday (which was the first opportunity he had) and asked to try and remember but she fainted. He is not trying to hide that she is married from her but that is going to take a back seat while he tries to protect her from being drugged, taken away by Devarkar and find a way to take her away safely. He said on Friday he will protect her from everything including himself. He is a man of his word, especially where she is concerned, and he will do what he says, of that I have no doubt.

So to answer your question - she is reacting to TVS in such away because her mind has shut down and heart and soul have always belonged to TVS so she is reacting to him as she use to before the Reva track. He not only loved her but was fiercely protective of her. Hence her feeling safe when he is around her now.

I am not trying to upset or hurt anyone with what I am about to say but this is how I see things/characters.

TVS and Sugni are each other's first love and soul mates. Yes, TVS is older and has been married nevertheless she is his first love.First love is always special and you do not forget your first love. In their case the only reason they are not together is because fate played a horrible trick on them and she does not believe in divorce. They have a deep emotional bond that transcends everything. He has never tried to hide how he feels as he has always lived his life by his rules. She on the other hand is young with very little life experience and wants to be accepted by society so is doing everything that is expected of her. Her mind is controlling all her emotions and actions and she is refusing to listen to her heart and soul. Its only in extreme circumstances that she cannot control her emotions like when she was doing puja and he had an accident or when he walked away from her. That is when you see how she really feels. So IMHO she is in love with TVS (she has not really had a chance to deal with her feelings for him before moving on to someone else. Emotions are not something you can switch on and off like a tap) and a part of her will always love and care for him.

I think she genuinely cares for Adi and is fond of him. She says she is in love with him because she feels as his wife that is what is expected of her and she is on a rebound. Also there is guilt for forcing him to marry her, the promise she made to Amrita to always stand by Adi and also gratitude for the everything he has done for her especially in recent weeks when TVS has been cruel to them. In many cases that is a good enough basis for a marriage. That is why I do not want the man in black to be Adi. I want to see how Adini relationship flurishes when there is no conflicts and no pressures/attacks from TVS ie.when there is just day to day hum-durm of life. The one thing that Adi is going to have to accept and learn to live with is that a part of her will always love and care for TVS. TVS will always have a place in her heart and soul that Adi will never be able to replace.She will never admit it or say it but it will always be there. Equally TVS will always love and care for her.

How she will react when she remembers will depend on what happens between now and then. I am hoping that what he does to take her back may go some way towards her forgiving him so that they can move forward because until these two make peace with each other they are going to be stuck in that horrible triangle.
