I will miss this team of FIR. They really created a laugh riot.

Actually on Indian TV there are very few real comedy shows. There are lots of stand up comedy shows on TV in which the comedy is sometimes vulgar and lot of shouting, screaming and overacting in the name of comedy goes. They are unbearable to watch.

FIR was the only one which I used to see regularly to relieve my tension of whole day. I discovered FIR only during these last 3 years. Although everything was predictable like the dialogues of main characters, it still every time brought smile to my face. Of coarse the main actors deserve accolades, but even the supporting cast was fabulous. I must mention the excellent work by Shekhar Shukla and the other actor (I don't know his name but the one who said, 'network me locha hai,kya tumne kabhi socha hai') and the female golmukhi actor.👍🏼

FIR was never vulgar, hitting below the belt comedy. It was crazy, freaky type of comedy. The stories were kinda silly but never failed to entertain. I never missed an episode. That's why it brought a lump in my throat today when CC said she was leaving.

I do understand the actor's need to move on. After all everything that begins has to end. But why oh why it was FIR that ended. 😭 Now there are no more Indian comedy shows to watch out for. SAB tv is slowly showing all social drama shows

P.S. The optimist in me is going to give the new FIR a chance. I am curious about the way they handle the show now. Who knows we might get a new entertaining show. Fingers crossed.

In my opinion, FIR falls in the category of comedies, like Hum Paanch, Kadvee Khatti Meethi, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai, and more. These comedies were always predictable, like FIR, but yet they still made you laugh so much. Because each time it would be different. For example, in Hum Paanch, you always knew that the dim-witted Sweety would make some dumb comment on anything said, but yet it still made you laugh because the comment would actually be funny. The same was with FIR. You knew that GG would get slapped by CC, but it was just so fun to see that you would actually laugh. Or you knew that Billu would lose his memory and do something to BP, but it was always so different, that it made you laugh naturally.

I will miss this team of FIR. After 7 years (where 3 years I was a regular watcher), I will truly miss this team. I'm not willing to give up on the show yet. Yes I cannot see someone take CC's place, but instead of thinking about it as someone taking her place, why not think about it as someone new coming in.

Too bad, I can't like Devica's post more than once. But except for the duration that she was watching FIR, what she says goes for me too!

I have watched FIR for about 4 to 5 years now. Came in at the very end of the Hanuman "Makkhan Singh" era and caught pretty much all of Ali Asgar and then everything of Aamir Ali.

Pretty much what Devica said. I hate it that it's FIR that has to end while I kinda understand the actors' need to move on.
