Not quitting Pavitra Rishta, on a two-month break: AnkitaAnything that Ankita Lokhande says or does always makes the headlines. While the rumour mills are churning out speculative stories daily about the actress quitting her popular show Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV, the actress is quick to dismissively laugh it off.
"I just want to take a vacation with my boyfriend," says Ankita when contacted about these rumours and adds, "After the superlatively successful run of Pavitra Rishta for over three years, why would I want to quit the show when everything is going so well? Yes, it felt different when Sushant left the show, and to be honest, I had contemplated leaving as well. But Ekta (Kapoor) ma'am gave me many reasons to stay on and I am glad that I decided to continue otherwise I would have regretted it later. It has just been so long since I have taken a long vacation and now with Sushant having some free time from his shoot, I have decided to accompany him and take a break from hectic shoot schedules as well."
So have the channel and Balaji agreed to let her go on such short notice? "I had intimated both Zee TV and the production house of my plans well in advance and they have very kindly allowed me to take a two month break by allowing for such a turn of events in the story as well. So fans of the show will not find any abrupt turn in the storyline as everything has been planned out in an interesting manner to accommodate my sabbatical from the show."

Archana to go into coma in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta
'To be or not to be' part of her long-running show Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV (Balaji Telefilms) was leading girl Ankita Lokhande's dilemma, and this is what Tellychakkar.com had written about few days back. Well, the quandary still continues to linger in Ankita's mind and this is confirmed with the piece of news that we have got regarding her track in the show.
A certain section of the media had reported that Archana, essayed by Ankita will die in the episodes to come. However, we have received a different information that states that Archana will meet with an accident post which she will be rushed to the hospital. Archana who has suffered several injuries will get into coma, is what our reliable source says.
Ankita's track will thereby get an open ending, which again reiterates the fact that she will decide on whether to be a part of the show or not, post the two months break that she is presently enjoying.

Soham to shoot Archana by accident in Pavitra Rishta
Tellychakkar.com had reported yesterday (21 February 2013) that Archana (Ankita Lokhande), the protagonist of Zee TV's long running show, Pavitra Rishta (Balaji Telefilms) will get into coma after meeting with an accident.
We now have more information regarding the track of Archana, before Ankita takes off on her two months long break.
Big drama will start once Soham (Ankit Narang) gets out of jail. He will be so disturbed after knowing the truth that he either would want to kill himself or kill his real mother, Archana. However, Manav (Hiten Tejwani) and Archana will try to explain the facts to him. This is when he will pick up a gun and in sheer frustration, try to shoot in the air when the bullet will hit Archana accidentally. Archana will be rushed to the hospital, wherein the doctors will declare that she has gone into coma.
If sources are to be believed, this major development of Soham shooting Archana will not go well with Manav. And there is a possibility of relationships turning sour between the father and son. However, the creative team is still working out on the nuances of this plot.
