Even if Rashied is not guilty of trying to kill Dilshaad, he is still guilty of cheating on her, burning down a factory plus burning someone's body. I would not be able to digest that Asad will have to say sorry to such a coward father like Rashied. The point is : Rashied choose the easiest way out to protect his own skin and just abandoned Dilshaad and her kids. And he never looked back for 17 years... if he so wanted to protect Dilshaad, why doesn't he speak up now ?? He is in jail and Dilshaad is walking freely to meet him. Besides he had the pictures which could prove him innocent, but as a coward he handed them over to Razia again and this man wants his son to trust or believe him ..yuck !!!

Exactly! I am not surprised byt the way Rashid is acting but it's baffling how selfish and stupid Dilshaad is behaving. I am absolutely disappointed in her character, right now.

Bang on Delena! I felt disgusted with a face palm. Exactly, this man has committed adultery and arson and here she is ready to support him against the very son who has devoted his entire being to her. Honestly, she is acting like a teenager in love...although I have to say I know many teenagers who are much more matured and rational. What bothered me is her complete dismissal towards Asad's state of mind. It seems that She has forgotten that her son was abandoned by this pathetic man at a very young age ...how does she expect him to believe him?

Also, are they even married anymore ... If not its absolutely unethical for her to have meetings with Rashid...I am sorry to say but she very much looked like the other woman here...I completely cannot support her character on this one.

Can anyone explain me the rules of marriage in Islam? Isn't Rashid a bigamist too?

We never found out if Rashid and Dilshaad formally and legally divorced, did we? I am not sure either. Either way she looked like a fool yesterday especially in the scene where she challenges her son and coldly dismisses him. In that moment, I couldn't believe she was his mother!

And I don't see how her being in love and knowing Rashid excuses her of some terrible behaviour towards her son. She better than anyone knows how damaged Asad is from what his father did. As a parent shouldn't your child's well-being come before a lover/husband/ex-husband? She is coming across as selfish!

Exactly! Her behaviour appalled me. I cannot believe that you'd ignore your son's emotions for a man. I get it she loves him, but what the hell was all of this about? You cannot blame your son for this! And Rashid hasn't even told her the whole story yet. So what on Earth does she really know about this whole trap anyways? She just knows that Rashid was forced to leave her, that's it. She has no proof, nothing. And oh my gosh, she just proved herself as a horrible mother. And when she slapped Asad I was like what the flip? How could you slap your son over this man.

Rashid will never get my sympathy, no matter what the CVs try to do to make his character seem mahaan. Dilshaad, unfortunately, seems to be travelling the same route. She's losing my respect too now.

Same and that really sucks because I used to really like her...they are just ruining her by making her so blind in love with Rashid. She doesn't know the whole story but every word out of Rashid's mouth is gospel? WOW...I think I need to start drinking the Rashid KoolAid to see things her way.

Btw, I didn't address the Ayaan part...but did it annoy anyone else that he expected his brother to come and save the man who is responsible for a lot of emotional heartbreak. Really Ayaan...???!!! ??? I swear it's in their DNA to be stupid!

Its fr nothin' I kept sayin' Rashid's a luv magnet !!!😆 Anyways jokes apart ...I jst cudn't agree with Dilshaad ...her reasons fr supportin' Rashid ...coz its nt tht the guy is completely guilt-free ! He ws a part of Razia's conspiracy ...he did torch down the factory tryin' to remove evidences ...o.k I gather he ws forced into marrying Shirin ...bt don't think anyone forced him to 've 3 kids with her ! Where ws his luv fr Dilshaad while he ws constantly bedding Shirin !!! 😆 I jst don't knw how Dilshaad completely overluk'd all these ...jst 'coz she believes tht he wasn't the one tryin' to kill her !! I really liked this Dilshhad ...felt she ws a woman of substance ...bt they jst ruined her character! All the flaws tht Asad's character hs ...the anger issues & stuff r mainly coz of this guy !! Hw cud she forgive the guy fr this ! ...Her son needs her support more nw ... & all she does is push him away ! I think Asad's been betrayed by his dad b'fore & nw by his mom too !! ...'M happy Zoya's givin' him all the support tht he needs nw !!! It's nt tht Asad's a regular guy ...who's hd a normal childhood . He's an introvert & his traumatic childhood doesn't allow him to express his feelings normally . He jst lashes out at everything ... & 'm glad tht atleast they r showing a much mature Zoya nw ...who's able to understand him unlike his mom ! Its nt tht they say tht women tend to go against her own blood connections wen it cums down to protecting her man & Dilshaad seems to b doin jst tht !! which is really unacceptable * shrugs * I thought she wud b a mch stronger character & they shd 've shwd her slapping Asad after he hd hit Zoya & nt nw fr Rashid !

'Marry woman of your choice in twos' threes' or fours' but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly, (with them), then only one' [Al-Qur'an 4:3]
Rashid didnt treat Dilshad justly, he just left her. Also there are certain rules to having more than one wife. As far as I know you must seek the permission of your first wife. None of these applied to Rashid. Marrying a 2nd wife because Razia is blackmailing you isnt in the list.

She was such a class act - strong and full of dignity. Now she is supporting a man who is possibly a murderer and someone who did not maintain the sanctity of her relationship abandoning a woman who was carrying his child! *gasp* I get it that TV women have a bit of a "greatness complex", but there is greatness and downright idiocy and I am afraid we are leaning more towards the latter. I hope we get back the same woman that she once used to be. Drama needn't always require shrillness and bad makeup.

Rashid first physically cheated Dilshaad and now is emotionally cheating Shireen. His partner in crime was first Shireen and now Dilshaad. I've no respect for this trio.

I cant understand how he isnt ashamed. Love is not the end of the world. There are responsibilities towards your spouse, children. Imagine if Ayaan, who is oath bound to protect his dad, had seen Rashid and Dilshaad clasping hands? In the kind of society they have been shown to be living in it's not acceptable and I'm sure they would have sprung apart if their kids had witnessed so its clearly wrong.

Go along with this track. Show the story of these selfish, flawed characters but reduce their screen time to 2 min per week😃 or show somethng we can relate to.
