But Yash is Suraj's son too? So if Aakash thinks that he has the rights being the illegitimate son previously, when the tables are turned, Yash should have the same rights...

But going by Aakash's character potrayal so far, I am inclined to think that he would ask Yash to leave so that Yash would know how tough life can be not have the luxuries at your disposal...
