New detailed RAAZ theory as of Feb 20th

I've come up with another theory (thanks to the ideas of so many members like Delena and others over the past few days that I've read on the forum). And also because of my opinion that the burn marks on the woman who was stabbed by Razia were from an older fire. They were not fresh burns and hence I don't think they were from the factory fire. Those burn marks will also serve as a clue for Rashid when he sets out to exculpate himself.

Zoya and her mom (Z-mom), I'm sure, will be shown to have many similarities. Not only do they look alike, I also think Z-mom had the habit of saying "Allah miya". When Razia sees Zoya for the first time 2 days ago, Zoya is saying "Allah Miya" and I believe Razia has made note of that. I feel like she will set after Zoya soon.

Now on to the theory:

23 years ago: Zoya is born to Z-mom and Z-dad who are a very wealthy, aristocratic, happy couple.

22 years ago: Dilshaad, Rashid and Asad are a happy middle-class family.

Siddiqui, who is greedy, ambitious and opportunistic but not out and out evil, is the head manager of Z-dad's huge business. Rashid, a simple but ambitious man, works under Siddiqui. Razia is ultimate-evil-personified from day 1 and she has always been jealous of Z-mom. Razia and Z-mom are cousins or step-sisters and Razia has always felt neglected and little compared to Z-mom and therefore, holds a major grudge against her right from childhood. Z-mom is aware of that. What has further infuriated Razia is that while she herself was married off to Siddiqui and experienced a drop in status, Z-mom had the luck of finding a wealthy man like Z-dad. Razia is always up to no good and now she has a major plan. She needs a pawn to carry out her dark plans and Rashid seems like the perfect candidate- hardworking and simple. She drugs Shireen and Rashid one day and they have a one-night stand. Shireen becomes pregnant with Ayaan. Rashid is guilt-ridden and secretly marries Shireen. Razia ]now has power of Rashid because of his secret family with Shireen.

Khans 20 years ago: Shireen finds out about Dilshaad. She leaves Rashid and Ayaan. Rashid omes home one day with 2.5 year old Ayaan and spills the beans to Dilshaad who is now pregnant with Dilshaad. Dilshaad is upset. The secret is out and Razia loses her hold over Rashid. She drugs Shireen and Rashid again and now we have little Nikhat in Shireens tummy while Dilshaad is further along her pregnancy with Najma. Rashid is stuck again. Nikhat and Najma are born within months of each other at their respective homes. At Dilshaad's home, Asad takes care of Ayaan and forms this deep bond with him over the course of a few years. ( I know this is getting messy 😆. Blame Rashid, not me 😳)

Farooquis 20 years ago: 3 year old Zoya, Z-dad and Z-mom are still a happy family. Z-mom is currently pregnant again (with Humaira).

Razia hatches a plan (why?!): killing Z-mom in a fire (this part of my story is not so convincing because we need a proper reason for why Razia's hatred for Z-mom escalates to this level). Both Zoya and Z-mom (pregnant with Humaira) are part of that haveli fire 20 years ago which was is set Razia. Both escaped with the help of Zeenat's family (who were distant relatives or neighbors). Zoya's dad was taken captive by Razia (and is still under her captivity.) or killed by her. However, no one else knows what happened to him and people think he just deserted his family. Z-mom gave Zoya to Zeenat who took her away to the US probably as an adopted child. Z-mom couldn't go because it may not have been easy for adults to get visas- so she decided to part with Zoya forever because as long as Zoya was away from her, she would stay safe. After Zoya left, she delivered Humaira. So now we have a very wealthy but single Z-mom with little Humaira.

Siddiqui (who is already married to Razia) sees this as an opportunity and proposes to Z-mom saying that he wants to marry her to because a single woman can't live by herself in this big bad world when in-fact acquisition of her wealth is his ulterior motive. Razia and Sid are greedy and always looking for money making schemes. One of their smaller plans, after Z-dad's disappearance, is to set the doll factory on fire and claim insurance money. Razia refuses the idea of Siddiqui taking Z-mom as his second wife even though he promises no physical proximity. They decide instead to offer adoption of Humaira. Z-mom agrees to give up Humaira for her betterment. Over the next 3 years, Z-mom comes to visit Humaira every now and then and also interacts with Siddiqui because of business reasons. Razia is enraged and insecure and thinks Z-mom is trying to steal Siddiqui from her. She cannot share her man. (Remember she'd said: tum ne wo cheez mujhse chheenne ki koshish ki hai jo kabhi tumhari thi hi nahi).

One fine day (17 years ago), Razia cannot handle her insecurity and hatred anymore. Enter doll-factory fire. Razia calls Z-mom over to the factory and stabs her to death. This explains why Zoya celebrates her mom's barsi on a different day when actually her mom's barsi should fall on Najma's birthday. Zoya thinks her mom died 3 years earlier than she actually did, in that haveli fire.

(Over the last 3 years, Dilshaad has come to terms with Rashid and Ayaan. She is starting to find happiness in life again. Rashid is again worried because the revelation of yet another mistake (Nikhat) will snatch Dilshaad from him. This time forever.)

Razia then tells Siddiqui to execute the doll factory fire that they had planned for insurance benefits. This way they'd kill to birds with one stone- insurance benefits and getting rid of Z-mom's murder responsibility but implicating Rashid. They conveniently call Rashid who almost willingly sets the fire like we know (perhaps because Razia has renewed her hold over him with the secret of baby Nikhat). The rest of the story is what we saw from Monday onwards. Razia blackmails Rashid and keeps him in her clutches. He leaves Dilshaad for good, moves in with them and marries Shireen publiclyetc.

One thing we don't know is why and how Siddiqui took Shireen as his mooh-boli behen.

I have to say you theory makes a lot of sense. And in this scenario I can buy that rashid was a victim of manipulations. I think you have hit the nail on the head regarding Razia being the one related to Zoya. I think it's extremely likely she is a half -sister/cousin to zoya's mom. Maybe the reason she says zoya's mom took something from her is because she was in love with zoya's dad? Maybe as felt the money, the child all should have been rightfully hers, instead her sister winds up with everything.

I am not sure about the humeira part but it does seem plausible. It's just that I don't understand why she would agree to adopt humeira but want to kill Zoya.

When she tried to kill Zoya and Z-mom, Humaira was still in the womb and perhaps no one was aware of Z-mom's current pregnancy. In my theory, she agreed to adopt Humeira because she'd be the sole heir of Z-mom's property. And now, she wants her to marry Ayaan and keep him as a ghar-jamaii to continue to keep the wealth in her clutches.

Hmmm...it does make a lot of sense. Lets see which route the creatives take to take the story forward.

On Nikita's birth, it's possible that shireen was already pregnant with her when rashid brough Ayaan to live with Dilshaad. Lets say I am chalking it up to low will power when presented with a willing woman.

Oh wow!Ur theory makes a lot of sense .And regarding shireen's connection i think she might have been Z's dad's real sister and siddiqui's moo boli behen . She might be owner of all the properties along with zoya.That's why razia's desperation to get humiera married to ayaan ,so that they own everything cause they think zoya and her mom are dead anyway! I know its a little far fetched 😆 But there has to be a reason for razyia's desperation for the ayaan - humiera match.

That's a great idea about Shireen and makes total sense!

Shireen might be Zoya's real phupi (father's sister). But then that makes Ayaan her first cousin- which is still acceptable in Muslims but I doubt the PH would show this because the show is for a wider range of audience.😕

That is very possible. The only reason I added the second drugging scenario is because I am very sure that the CVs will want to completely exculpate Rashid. I think they intend to show him as a white, not gray, character after all the revelations.

I don't think razia has recognized Zoya...she didn't seem to give Zoya much importance...but yeah Zoya might recognize her and then Razia will go after her...

Birth of Ayaan could have taken place the way you mention, but I don't know about Nikhat...(imagine Rashid having to be drugged each time...😉)

Yeah it is possible that Zoya only resembles her mom and is not a complete look-alike. That would make it too easy for Razia to figure out who she is. Somehow, I strongly feel that her mom had the 'allah miya' habit too'
