I know the way you feel, I am mid career professional too, in fact a psychologist and philosopher and this is the way I feel about this little kid. I have been watching so many shows, but no one has gotten under my skin like this lovable child. His parents, brothers and sisters must be so proud of him. His father will guide him through his life.Also his fate will be a plus for him. He believe that God decides everything.
I think Sameer's age went against him also.1. people saw him as being too young. and he did look so much like a kid.
Also the Diwakar X factor, and the overwhelming support Sanchita got from the east in the final day of voting
You can send him a beautiful card C/O of his school in Mumbai.he is in 6th Standard, dont know the street address, but this school is the most popular school in Mumbai now, so he will get it. He needs to know what a big fan club he has in North America and how we supported him to the end.

I live in Falls Church, a small Washington DC suburb, just a few mins south of the capital.

Well said...Strange but my sentiments exactly.
I miss Sameer and as a result have not seen the finals yet..I would hate to see the moment..that passed away..the moment that should have been truly Sameer's.

Thanks to AznDesi, I actually saw clips of his performance from the finals..Some Jhalak of my LITTLE..but the BEST Champ.

THanks Ron, always could count on you to help make us feel better. And I will continue to cry on your shoulder till I do!!! Right now I just feel completely disoriented. But my thoughts will always be with Sameer, and hopefully our cards and letters will reach him.

I have had enough of Zee for the time being. But it is very easy to keep track through IF, and a lot is online anyway. If they can come up with something worthwhile I might even start subscribing again! But right now I cannot bear the thought of another Friday or Saturday without our rockstar.
