Is Sajid a little sexist?

Do you guys think that Sajid is a little sexist towards the females?

I mean he usually praises the males after the performances more than the females and in all his tasks he asks the guys to participate. Even male guests are given more attention from him like Akshaye and Ajay Devgan.
I could be wrong though...

I think some of the things he says could offend some women so he does most of his joke stuff with guys
