Saanchi

I used to hate Saanchi so much. Not that I like her that much now, but I'm warming up to the idea. She's been a little caring lately. Like, when anandi screamed for Shiv while watching tv, Saanchi asked her if she was okay. And today, she might have made some people mad by her comments on why Anandi is interfering with the Singhs life, but it was the truth. And she said she would apologize if needed. I strongly believe that Saanchi is in this show for a reason. She might make Anandi realize that she doesn't need to make all of Singhs problems hers, and that Anandi should start worrying more about the Shekars and our cutie Shiv.

Anandi should realize that how lucky she is to have such a good in laws choti mom is to so concerned abt her nd shiv and to nil kanth hein stab ka zahar apne upaar le eta hein

Agree. Me too! Lately Sachi's comments do make sense. Also when she commented about Ganga, she was right. Who welcomes stranger in the home and who holds their life to solve other's problem.

I so hope that could happen. I've never liked Saanchi, but anyone who can put some sense into Anandi that she should not just bother about the Singhs. but also about her hubby, current in-laws and prolly her Dad too!! And esp. to stay as far away from Jagat as possible!!!!

may be cvs r trying to show contrast between d two families singhs n shekhars..

i agree .. at first i felt sanchi's reaction upon finding out anandi's divored status n during d wedding very odd esp coming from a modern educated girl!

but i do find her straightforward manner of speaking right now to be ok, she didnt skirt around d issue n told bluntly that anandi needs to stop intereferring in her former inlaws family matters so much now!
this is something anandi should hav realised herself that now she is married again her 1st priorty is her husband n present inlaws!

Sanchi is there with a purpose she is not a negative character but she is the one the cvs have introduced to voice the other opinion the audience might have in any given situation. If you notice all her reactions have been what some of us might have thought in our minds. The writers have shown Sanchi a forthright person who speaks her mind. Her initial reaction to Anandi marrying her brother was also to show the other side of the coin. Brilliant I must say but it has taken us this long to understand what they were trying to tell. One always wondered about her behavior.

Saanchi is the voice of common man, any sister who has such an eligible brother will get shocked about his brother getting to a divorcee, and may be she has been shown immatured insulting anandi. But whatever she does is in front not back biting. Anandi is a singh flag holder, like some of us gives priority to our maika after initial days of marriage. Then as time passes we build up our own world and get over our maika. But here the problem is maika has an idiot - Jagdish, shiv usko laya hi kuin jail mein sarte hue chodta. Anandi to some extent has been shown like that, but when problems come she does not know how to balance or diplomatically handle it. This time it is not her fault - jagdish, the idiot is a creep, if he comes at midnight to her and informs bla bla what can she do. Shiv also assured her that he is right. Singhs did not understand their son, anandi that is their problem.
But right Saanchi is there for a purpose, to point out Anandi's mistake and hope as anandi realized her love she could realizes her priority.
