Its 12:00 in night...
Radhika was waiting for the call she was anticipating... and making her happy the phone finally ringed...
"Hello"
"Happy Valentines day dear.."
Radhika was waiting to hear this voice from morning... she was happy when she finally heard the voice...She finally spoke out " Same to u"
"Itna late reply!!!"
"Its all ur fault, why didn't u call me from morning... I was anticipating ur call since morning"
"If ever I called u in morning, u would have remembered me that its valentines day ...then even if I call u now, there won't be any surprise.."
Radhika smiled to her self but she made a sad tone and spoke out "Mr.Dev I know, u will call me now. I didn't have any surprise now.. but u hurted me a lot by not calling me"
"Huh!! Okay so u wanna fight with me right..."
Radhika:Nope, but I just want to say u that I got hurt.
" I just want to ask u one thing, how did u stay away with out talking to me for 2 months,is it the same Radhika. "
Radhika doesn't even wanna remember those days, remembering those days itself make her feel sad, she trailed off her thoughts and spoke.. "Its for sake of u.. and for sake of u I can do any thing Dev..."
On the other side Dev felt thrilled and happier listening these words... He always wanted a girl who will be completely his, who will always understand him and who will care for him. He always doubted he will ever get such girl until he met her before 3 years.

3 years back...
Dev was busy in writing his case sheet , on the side the voices from the on going freshers party are coming in the speaker... Dev was smiling to himself listening to the replies in the speaker. Senior students are calling the freshers on stage one by one and asking their interests and giving them an activity to perform. A girl was called on to stage, Dev sighed to himself thinking it will be another huffy, puffy girl as others.
"Whats ur name"
"Radhika"
"What are ur interests?"
"Reading books"
Dev laughed thinking of himself how the seniors will rag a girl who love to read books...
"So u are a good studious fellow"
"Nope..."
"So how will u describe ur self..."
"Anxious, and funny"
"So how will u get the fun by ur self"
"By singing... and gardening"
Dev frowned listening to this.
'Okay, if u were given a chance to sing a song on one of our professors... will u sing?"
"No"
"Means, u never comment on ur professors or teachers.."
Dev thought to himself "What she will say? nope, I am a gud girl, I never comment on teachers////'
but the girls reply stunned Dev...
"Yes I will comment, but its up to me, and my personnel. I respect them and will never comment or criticize them in public"
Dev surprised of himself.He completed his case sheet soon and ran towards the auditorium.
As he was at entrance he dashed a girl, and the girl fall down...
He looked at her , she was wearing a green colour chudidaar and had open hair , she stood up and as Dev was about to apologize her, she apologized him "I am sorry sir" saying this she left. Dev felt mesmerized by the innocence and grace in her face.. but he came for some other girl.. so he went to the guy near the stage and got the details of the girl Radhika. Dev looked for her in the whole auditorium but he found her no where..
Feeling dissapointed he was about to return to hospital when some one said him that the girl will be singing the prayer song in evening. Feeling happy Dev waited sitting there.. He himself doesn't know how many stupid performances did he bear for the sake of that one song... he himself felt strange of him for behaving like this, but he waited there... He know every junior was seeing at him surprised for being there, as every one know that their beloved senior Dev will never step into any function like this. He ignored all them and stayed there..
Finally the evening session of cultural started... The girl who was anchoring announced the prayer song to be singed by three girls.. Dev felt happier and when the three girls came onto stage every one stood, and Dev saw that one of those girls was the girl whom he dashed the morning. He waited the song to complete and as the song completed, the remaining two came and sat there while that girl left from the auditorium. Wishing that he can know whose Radhika from her, he followed her out, and saw her standing near a pillar smiling..
He went near her and she got alerted . Dev smiled seeing her fear and said "Don't fear, I won't rag u. The smile on girls face vanished.. he felt it a bit different, but he said to her, u people singed it good. Radhika smiled and said "Thank u" Dev introduced himself and saw a tinch of surprise in girls face. He asked her "Won't u say ur name"
The girl smiled and said " Sir, I know u since 2 years and u too know me since two years."'
Dev: W*F, how can I know u for two years, when I met u for the first time.
Radhika smiled and said " Please log into ur FB and check, as u go home today/ Any way my name is Radhika"
Saying that she left. Dev felt a bit of shock and confusion and decided to clear off every thing by logging into FB as he go home
As he went home he throwed his bag off and opened FB... he had many messages as he didn't open his FB for last two months/ he ignored all them, and tried to check all his friends list for the name Radhika, when a message peeped in his inbox from sweety "idiot"
Sweety was Dev's Fb friend... both didn't see each other, but they were friends because of their similarities in taste. Dev smiled seeing her message and replied her "Hey sweet how are u? "
Sweety : Don't dare to talk to me u stupid
Dev:What happened?
Sweety:U didn't even recognize me this morning. now u came to home and searching ur friends list for name Radhika, even after I said u that we both know each other for last 2 years.
Dev: Woah! means Radhika is u/
Sweety: U came there, listening to my voice right, listening to my answers in mike u came there, even by my answers u didn't recognise me.
Dev:U really gave me a hit of surprise sweet.
Sweety:I won't talk to u. by the way, looks like u had a good following in college
Dev:leave it off, why didn't u say me that u came here as my junior.
Sweety: I will kill u off, check ur message box, there are nearly 20 ,messages from me.
Dev tried to control his laugh and said "Pakka , I will meet u in college tomorrow."
Sweety:Don't call me sweety there, Just call me Radhika.

From that day their friendship grew even more... Though Dev was 4 years senior to Radhika, it never came in between them . Radhika and Dev came to know more of each other... They only doesn't know when they fall in love with each other. As Dev completed his MBBS, He left to Bombay to complete his M.S and he feared for the reaction of Radhika, but she encouraged him on the condition that he will be in regular contact with her. Dev today felt surprised to see Radhika over reacting this much... she never did this like this so Dev asked her " Radhika u aren't kidding with me right?"
Radhika: I am not kidding with u, but truly I was worried.
Dev:Why?
Radhika:My khadoos aunty is bringing some matches for me.
Dev: Oho..
Radhika:Today morning only one match came...
Dev:Okay... so what did ur grand mother say??
Radhika:She said that she won't get me married, or she doesn't even wanna think of it till the completion of my MBBS
Dev:Then why are u worried now??
Radhika:Don't know why, but truly feel worried.
Dev:Shall I come there.
Radhika:How can u come? u had to submit ur work papers in another week...
Dev:Then what happened.
Radhika:Nothing, u know what Rohan came in contact with me again.
Dev know that Radhika loved Rohan in her early ages, when she was studying 12th... then Rohan doesn't like her, but Radhika took 3 years to come out from that. Dev know how it will be for Radhika...
Dev:So what happened.
Radhika: He was asking me for a date tomorrow.
Dev: Ahaan..
Radhika: shut and tell me what to do now.
Dev: its ur life , if u want to go, u can go ..
Radhika:I will kill u truly...
Dev:What did I do?
Radhika:I declared him no then only... but I just wanted to know how u get out of ur nostalgia, when ur ex lover met u.
Dev smiled to himself,.. 'he always liked this free ness near Radhika,Radhika knows he had two love failures before Radhika met, and he had many nostalgia's about it too.. The way she was asking him freely make him laugh out loudly.."
Radhika:Tell na..
Dev: I used to have a gud amount of sleep.
Radhika:How did u get sleep.
Dev: I don't know.
Radhika: Any way, when u are coming here.
Dev:Probably next month.
Radhika smiled and said "I need to go to bed, other wise granee will kick me. Gud nyt haan see u"
Dev smiled and bidding her bye kept the phone.

Dev completed his M.S in next one year and he returned, but he waited till Radhika complete her MBBS and then he spoke about this near his Parents and as they agreed he spoke of it near her Grand maa...
She knows of Dev as Radhikas friend, and she always had good opinion on Dev so she immediately agreed for their marriage. Radhika too agreed but on condition that she will continue her studies after marriage. Dev smiled and agreed for it happily. They got married and were living happily. Every morning they used to start their day by seeing each other and end their night by being in each others arms. Radhika behaves like a child near Dev when times required, and also be like his mother too...
Life was happy for both of them.. when another Valentine day came into their life...
Radhika and Dev wanted to wish each other at mid night 12:00 exactly, but they didn't try to expose their feelings in front of other,they continue to work for some time...But they both know very well what other want to do... smiling to them selves they took out the carrom board from inside and started to play the carroms...
It was exactly twelve when both Radhika and Dev wished to each other "happy Valentines day"
They both laughed on themselves for their childish ness and hugged each other.
Radhika in a play full mood released their hug and ran away from him and Dev understanding her gestures tried to catch her. Finally he catches her in the Balcony... and hugged her form behind.
Radhika was looking at the full moon in the sky and the twinkling lights of mumbai city in down and said to Dev "Its really beautiful to stay here like this na"
Dev:Haan... By the way Radhika what gift do u want for this valentine day.
Radhika: U know what I want, still u ask me why?
Dev:Its just because I wanna listen it from u.
Radhika:Okay listen we will go to a near by orphanage and distribute sweets to them and play with hem for some time.
Dev:Okay, but by next year we will have our kid right.
Radhika:Yes , but I am fearing will ur dad accept our decision or not.
Dev:I am sure he will.. because he can understand me well.
Radhika: But I am sorry Dev
Dev:Why?
Radhika:Because, I can't give a kid for u.
Dev: Radhika, u remember our words right, if ever u say me sorry it means that fault was mine, if ever I say u sorry the fault was urs.. here fault was with neither of us so no need to say sorry.
Radhika:Okay, looks like we are getting a bit emotional
Dev:Yes, when we both are big emotional fools how come we don't get emotional.
Radhika:U know what Rohan asked me today
Dev:Yeah tell..
Radhika:He was asking me How many times did I tell u "I love u"
Dev laughed out and said "Radhika, just tell me one time when u said me 'I love u' or I said u "I love u" because I didn't remember any suhc incidence. "
Radhika:Its because we never proposed each other.
Dev:Then how come we came to know of our love.
Radhika: Dev, I never said u any thing, nor u said me any thing, but we both understand it. Every time same happens na... u don't say me any thing, but I understand, and I don't say u any thing but still u understand what I want. It happens like that"

They both smiled and hugged each other...

Radhika was calling Dev...
It was her unknown time call from morning, she her self doesn't know how many times she called him... But he wasn't answering the call, she was praying to god, that he shouldn't misunderstand him nor nothing should happen for him.
Again her call wasn't answered...
she was about to break into tears , she remembered one thing and she called her friend Vishaka...

"Hello, Vishu, its Radhs"
"Haan Radhs"
"Vishu, did Dev called u"
"Nope, why?"
"Nothign Vish, he wasn't answering my call since morning"
"Arey hows it possible, its ur b'day today girl, how come he doesn't call u"
Radhika:I don't know, I expected his call, but he didn't call me, and I waited for him for the whole evening to come or call... but he doesn't. Now when I am calling he wasn't answering my call/...
Vishaka:Chill,,,, may be he was in some work.
Radhika in a worried tone " He will answer my call, even though in what ever work he was, but he wasn't answering. Hope nothing went bad for him"
Vishaka:Pagal, shut up nothing such sort will happen.
Radhika:Okay, u too keep trying if ever he lift ur call then please tell me. Please...
Vishaka: ARey, don't worry, he is our friend nothing will happen to him.
Radhika:Hope so... If ever he lift ur call , please tell him that I am waiting to speak to him and tell him to call me for the gods sake.
Vishaka smiled and said "I will"
Radhika cut the phone and was left in tension. She sat near the phone... 'It was her birthday, but her best friend didn't call her. Radhika knows that Dev will wish her, but he didn't wish her in college, nor did he called her. Radhika didn't see Dev in college infact. She was praying to god that nothing should happen to him.
It was about to 12:00 when her phone rang... Radhika immediately answered it, hoping it will be Dev and her expectation was true its Dev.. "Happy Birthday madam..."
Radhika got tears in her eyes and she asked "U are fine na, nothing happened to u right"
Dev laughed and said "What will happen to me ?"
Radhika: Then why didn't u call me,
Dev: u know that I want to be special, I just wanted to give my wish to u in a special way, for that there are only two routes... wishing first or wishing last. to wish first, u said me yesterday that its ur b'day today. So it won't make any special, so I thought to wish u last, that's why I called u now.
Radhika:U are truly a stupid, U doesn't know how much did u worried me.
Dev:Ahaan... why are u worried...
Radhika: U didn't lift the call, I am worried if ever some thing happen to u.
Dev:Okay, even if some thing happens to me what will u do, nothing na. then whats the reason to worry...
Radhika felt silent, she questioned her self "Why was she worried so much... but she doesn't have any answer. so she kept silent"
Dev:Madam ji, are u there...
Radhika:Haan, any way thanks for wishing.
Dev:Acha suno... U has to wish me first okay, any way I has to bi u bye too... from tomorrow I had preparation holidays, I won't be seeing u till mid February.
Radhika nodded.
Dev: If ever u nod, I won't see u, just answer me yes.
Radhika:even u didn't see me, u know what I am doing. any way I am sleepy, gud nyt, gud bye
Dev:Don't tell me gud bye, tell me see u
Radhika: if vishu tell u bye, u won't say her any thing, but u scold me if ever I bid u bye. why?
Dev smiled and said nothing... "Any way gud nyt see u"
Radhika nodded... and said "Acha, suno... ur exams na, thats why I kept some offerings for kanha ji... one of that is, I won't talk to u till the completion of ur exams. so, I won't speak with u. see u"
Dev: Isko, koi bhi kanha keliye offering nahi kehte, mere liye punishment kehthey hain. any way, u already promised to kanha na...gud nyt see u.
Radhika smiled and cut the phone.

2 months continued...
Radhika missed chatting with Dev a lot. she only doesn't know why she feel like that... but her heart always used to crave to talk to Dev. Though she used to get every info of Dev from Vishaka, she wanted to talk to him badly. She used to see him frequently, but he too with a sad face used to go away, Radhika knows, Dev was also feeling a lot of pain like her but still she tried to ignore her pain. Every one except Vishaka, asked her if ever she was in love with Dev, but she herself doesn't have any answer for it. She was in a total fix as she was confused. Finally his theory exams are completed, but practicals are still left. Radhika was counting days, when Dev came to college to meet Vishaka on the day of valentines.
Radhika wanted to chat with Dev, but she can't...
That day she truly felt that she loved Dev, but she just supressed them fearing if Dev doesn't accept it she will loose his friendship.

Then came a mail into her inbox...
Radhika was about to open it when she got a call from Dev , leaving the message Radhika took his call happily...

Dev:Radhika!! Please open ur inbox..
Radhika:Call kiya itni dinom baad, but u are asking me to open the inbox...
Dev:Just open it...
Radhika felt some kinda tension in his voice, so she opened her inbox, and the mail was from Dev... Frowning she opened it and started to read...
