IT was a cold night and there was no moon in the sky that night and the wind blew really hard ,the clouds were grumbling over something ,this all disturbed uday 's sleep ,he got up and sat on the bed being annoyed it had been a month he has returned from Egypt and shifted into a small town named Jaisalmer in Rajasthan ,he has visited all the fort and palaces but could not find anything about Rajkumari Sagidha as an archeologist it would be his biggest achivement to find about her she was the princess of this place about when Babur invaded India ,she was the most beautiful and knowledgeable queen ,her beauty and brain had no match and she was married to King Umedh Pratabh Singh ,they were madly in love but something happened that changed there life uday was here to find out that missing piece of the zigsaw puzzle like many other archeologist he had always been intrested in this particular princess but till now luck did not favour him so being frustated he wanted to smoke but it was impossible as this was a hotel turned out of the palace of Raja Umedh so a historical monument some of its part were still forwarden for the guest but uday knew that there was a basement so somehow he managed to sneak out and went to the basement to find out it was actually an olden day prison ,he was indulge in smoking when his eyes meet a bunch of keys he takes it in his hands and suddenly remembers the painful events of the past FLASHBACK
,Umedh was no one other than uday himself and he loved his wife dearly ,they lived a life of ease and comfort but when Babur invaded India there was a fight between the mughal empire and rajputs but the rajputs won Umedh had captured a young mughal soilder Yashuk Mallik after that capture thing started to fall apart between the couple Umedh had always been trustwordhy and never married again he had only one wife whom he loved but soon he began to feel that his wife had an affair with Yashuk and one day they found that Rajkumari had helped the prisoner to run away Umedh was very angry he sentenced her to death at once but it is only after her death he found out the truth that Yashuk was married to her younger sister Sangita and both were exiled from the kingdom ,so what Sangidha did was not love but just to save the married life of her sister .Umedh was heart broken and exiled himself it is then when he meet a hermit who said him that they were again to reborn and meet but evil power would try all its best to separate them but there love had to meet nature would help them to suceeded
