kamal Hassan is a class apart...actors like him shouldn't even be nominated for awards...

If I am not mistaken, after his last win in 2000, he actually asked the Filmfare committee not to give him any more awards and encourage newer actors instead. Since then he has been nominated several times but never awarded.

Maroon...Natl. awards are a big deal...thats why...who cares about FF or stardust or the pan wala awards...the only award I care for is the Natl. awards...the rest of the awards are a joke...no one cares about them...I just get irritated when people say the SRK bought the awards..as if everyone else in BW are saints...just think if SRK can buy them so can anyone...and no one is a Mahatma over there...if he has to buy an award...he would buy the NA...why will he buy these tuchha awards😆...after all Saif has proved that the NA are corrupt to a level too..

Heyram Was his last in 2000 !!! Otherwise there is no Explanation for him not getting an award for his 2003 nomination "Anbe Shivam" where he played a disfigured disabled atheist communist...

I personally think it is one of the best Indian films of all time...It is about this communist/atheist and a young modern day Kid's Journey together and the conversations they have...modern guy is played by madhavan...you should watch it..if you can !!!
