Don't you think that a good singer is one who can sing well and at the same time keep the audience engrossed with his performance?
For me, Qazi would score 0.3 in singing and 0.45 in performance, which would catapult in the top bracket.
No one else comes close to the totality. May be that is why the public audience can connect with him.
