As far as i found out its 23 Minutes aka 10.9 Km with not much traffic :)

Google map it and you will get exact directions

yep :) and umh for powai you need to go towards the Eastern express highway. and as Isha suggested use the google map (:

I did use Google map. I got the directions but o guess it's too late to go now. It's 11 pm ;P
