Seriously ASR😆...IPK is Over and this is QH forum..Comparisons are not allowed BTW..And in my opinion Asad is a very amazingly written character...Layred but not too complex..Most of the time we can predict what he is gonna do😃..and that is fabulous according to me..I won't touch the physical abuse chord cause that debate is pointless😆...Abusive?? If you let go of this incident when was the last time he was abusive...I am not saying he is saint but regressive and abusive I don't think so..Coming to dilshaad and rashid..That is a very serious issue..It has been shown in studies that Children of Divorced/separated couples are generally Introverts, wrathful and pained...Such things affect Children and somehow they tend to blame themselves and start giving cold shoulder to others and become possesive bout those who they have in their life cause they develop an innate fear that their loved ones would leave them one by one!
In anyways I feel cursing CV's is a trend in every forum😆
Frankly speaking I have seen some horrific posts here from people who have come to insult us but it is strange that this one post appears to violate the norm for you. But you have touched it on the topic of abuse...children of divorced parents have issues, but they do not have to do what Asad did on Monday and Wednesday. Sorry but that is not an excuse.
I have a number of friends who are writers...as a writer on the things they say must be faced is criticism...a good writer grows from it...an arrogant writer ignores. A famous publisher once wrote (can't quote correctly so here is the gist)...for each word a writer puts down is for the public (US) not himself/herself and therefore he or she must be prepared for the feedback and this is what they are getting.
If done well, they will get praise, if done poorly - they get feedback they didn't expect. You have threads that are praising, and you have threads that are not happy. As long as evidence is given, it should not be forbidden. I read both...the arguments here are fortunately a lot stronger and backed with facts and that is why they bother a lot of people. A lot of the posters work in the field of domestic abuse...so we know our stuff.
Take care.
