Anushka Sharma loses weight for PK

February 02, 2013, (Sawfnews.com) - Aamir Khan started filming for Raju Hirani's political satire P.K. in Rajasthan on February 1; headlining co-star, Anushka Sharma, will join him February end. Aamir plays the title role of P.K., and Anushka, the role of an alcohol addict. There has been a buzz that the already very thin Anushka has shed some more weight as part of her makeover in the film. Sanjay Dutt is the other headlining male star. The film additionally features Sushant Singh Rajput (Kai Po Che ) and Ram Sethi. P.K. will have a 45-day schedule in Rajasthan. Remaining parts of the film are scheduled to be shot in Delhi and Hungary. Surrounded by family, Aamir started shooting yesterday. His wife Kiran and son Azad would be staying with him during the entire schedule. while his older son Junaid Khan makes his Bollywood debut as assistant director of the film. The film was earlier announced to be a Christmas 2013 release, but following delays the release date has been pushed back to 2014.

For now, Anushka has two films signed for 2013, the other being Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
