"Nope!" Karan smiled at Rishabh as he revealed the script change.

"How can you even do that last minute?!"

"I'm in charge. That's how!"

"But..."

"No buts my friend. Just yes. Now get back on set. PLACES EVERYONE! ACTION!"

"I...don't know?"

RK stepped back and turned around. He left the room leaving Madhu stunned.

"What happened to RK?" Madhu thought out loud.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO RK?!" Madhu screamed at Karan.

"CUT! PERFECT! Just the reaction I needed!"

"Karan! What's going on?!"

"Let me explain to everyone. There's been a slight...STORY change."

"Slight?! You're changing the story and you call that slight?!" Madhu was shocked.

"Not a big change. You'll still be falling in love. But he's going to ignore you. He's never going to fall for you. He's going to hurt you instead, emotionally."

"He's a lead...don't you need the fans to like him? Not h..." Madhu slowly went silent as she realized what Karan was up to.

She walked up to him, grabbed his arm, and pulled him to the side.

"Well hello to you too!" Karan looked at her.

"Why are you doing this?!"

"The story will go better!"

"Tell me the truth Karan."

"I'm serious!"

"Everyone will hate him."

"And...?" Karan looked at her questioningly.

Madhu suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked over her shoulder to see Rishabh.

"Forget it Madhs. There's no point. He's a lost cause."

"But Rish..."

"Come. Let's go for break."

Madhu shot Karan an angry glare and then turned and walked with Rishabh out of the studio.

"I'm going to kill him. I've decided. That's it. Enough is enough."

"Woah Madhs, we can't plan a murder that quickly! First we need a..."

"Murder?"

"You're the one saying you're going to kill him, not me!"

"I'm not being serious! Shut up Rish! You know what I mean."

Rishabh laughed and put an arm around Madhu as she crossed hers. They walked down the street talking to each other about what had happened.

"I know Madhs...there's nothing we can do...either we quit the show or we le..."

"THAT'S IT!"

"That's what?" Rishabh looked towards Madhu with a confused look.

"Quit the show!"

"What?! I'm not quitting the show! It's my only income!" Rishabh removed his arm and turned to face Madhu.

Madhu looked towards him and smiled. She placed a hand on the side of his face.

"Oh my smart little Rish, we're not actually going to quit. It's called bluffing!" Madhu winked.

"OH! Wow! I've got a smart girl!" Rishabh smirked and pulled Madhu close by the waist.

He pulled in for kiss but she giggled and backed away.

"Nope! No kiss until we go fix what happened!"

"Aw, what if that takes days?"

"Then day's it'll take! But no kiss until then..."

"Madhs..."

Madhu stuck out her tongue and then turned to run back to the studio they had just walked out of.

Rishabh followed.
