Hey buddy even i felt the same...

He was too much fact yesterday without over coat i realized...

He should really have to take care of his health and fitness.. as we all know he has hectic schedules to run- from movies to TV shows he may not be getting time for exercise...

But we BALH lovers want him to be fit and fine...

Pls Ram Sir Put down litlle at least..cut down your schedules health is important..

after all ur health is your family's wealth and your viewers strength..

But I was concerned too. I mean I am.

His voice has definitely changed. At first I thought he had a cold or something, but lately it's become permanently hoarse (although, it sounds extremely s**y, I must add). But health before all that.

And the weight part - yes. I noticed because they keep showing flashbacks, and I keep thinking he looks like he's actually aged 5 years, and put on the weight to prove it.

So - for the first time I felt like writing something personal about an actor that isn't a fact - this guy truly seems like he's on the ill side, or getting there soon. He needs to take care of himself first and foremost.

As a very selfish and ardent fan - can't lose him from BALH.

But as a person - he needs to take care of himself, even if it means a break from BALH.

However, I do hope that he pays attention to his health for the sake of his family and for us his fans.

I was just watching his birthday celebration on youtube which I guess fall in Sep. If your 4 month old video and recent one, you will definately get concerned for his health if you like/love him.

We know he is too buys to take care of himself, but health comes before anything. If he is healthy and fit, we fan can be happy as we will see him in many more roles.

Please for your family and fans sake, Ram Look after your self.

I am a silent reader of BALH forum, and this is my first post here. I love Ram Kapoor,... if one was to ever define what is super sexy or super seductive, go watch an episode of a thriller serial (one story each) with Ram Kapoor and Divya dutta in the lead roles. Had this man looked after his weight, or gotten the right breaks, i can vouch he would be the most desirable man on tv / films today.
I am so sorry i forgot the serial's name (one hour each episode, different stories) as it was telecast many years ago, bur really i never came across anything which was hotter, given the limits of decency.

It is like this ..Ram is a simple, poor man and is seduced by Divya Dutta into murdering her husband.
