Hello correct me if I am wrong - did Arti sign it as Ansh Yash Schindya or Arti Yash Schindya. To me it looked like ANSH YASH SCHINDYA.

Any person who is highly emotionally charged will do things what their mind rules. If my guess is right then yes then the game played by K will turn in favour of ARYA.

No, it's Aarti Yash Sindhia only but the error is she signed it beside Yash's signature which reads as one signature, infact the signs should be at two different places, either one after the other or one on top & other's on the bottom but not together in a mixed way as shown, if this thing wud be shown as the reason for disapproval of divorce then it's correct if not it wud be a big blooper on the part of CVs😉

Well just signing Divorce papers does not mean its final, it has to be filed in the court and knowing how things work in India I dont think it happens in one day. And as per hindu law til the divorce is final the other marriage is not legal. Lets wait and see how CVs show.
