"Two states, A thousand Splendid Suns, Panic...", she was murmuring while staking it in respective columns.
She called out ,"Sharma uncle, when will the other employee will come? I am between this mess. Everybody, has to absent today only!"
"He will be here in a while Khushi. Sorry for inconvenience, Beta!", Sharma uncle apologised.
"Oh uncle! Don't be sorry! What's ur fault if everybody gets absent without even asking you!"...she continued, " Uncle, you go and have lunch...its almost time, plus you are on medication. Pls go now! I will see when that employee will come"
Uncle smiled and went inside the small office to have his lunch...while Khushi kept staking books. Suddenly, someone came behind and said,"
"Excuse me! I wanted to meet Sharma uncle", he said
"Why?",she questioned.Then, she thought, ' Oh! He must be that employee.' Then, she turned towards him & said in stern voice,
"Oh! So you are the one. How dare you get late? Don't you know how much tensed Sharma uncle got?"
He was taken back by sudden outburst. Only word he could utter was, " What the"
"What, what the...Now, don't waste time standing here and get those books", Khushi instructed him again.
"But I...", He was interrupted again.🥱
"GO..!", She barked at him again!
