Chapter 4 :

"Nothing..", he said and clasped her hands and started walking. They never knew when their clasped hand changed into entangled hands. Unconsciously, they were caressing each other's hand...walking in an endless limit of dark road.

Khushi was a bit tired. So, he rested her head on his shoulder. Arnav tilted his head to let her head rest properly. Their hands were still entangled and her head comfortably rested on his shoulder.

"FriVal", he whispered.

"Hmm..."

"Ice cream?", he asked.

She looked up like a kid, and nodded. Then, she again rested her head back on his shoulder. He smirked at her innocence and continued walking in an unknown direction with her.

"Khushi, I don't know way to your house.", he said innocently.

Khushi smiled. Still leaning on his shoulder she directed him towards her house.

"Okay! So we are home!", said Arnav as they reached her house. Both inner self gave a large sigh. They wanted this moment to go on for eternity...but felt awkward to express that in front of each other. Khushi removed her head from his shoulder...untangle her hand from his' and gave a broad, sleepy smile.

Arnav smiled and asked her cutely,

"I hope you enjoyed our dinner."

Khushi cupped his face from one side, again rose up on her feet and whispered in his ears,

"I loved it! Good Night! ", and she gave a soft peak on his cheeks. Arnav smiled in pleasure. Her lovely, soft lips made him feel the presence of heaven around him! Khushi then, slowly got back to her feet and gave an angelic smile to him. He blushed a bit and then waved her good bye..

"Bye" , He said and turned around to go. Khushi was disappointed. She thought she was stupid to think that Arnav also likes her like she does...as a friend, of course! She too turned towards her house. Arnav smirked thinking about her disappointment. As Khushi began to move towards her house he called out..

"Khushii"

She turned around, her face lightened up with hope. He walked towards her and then, cupped her face. He then, moved his lips towards her forehead and kissed her. Khushi smiled with pleasure. He then, removed one of his hand, off her cheek and gave a long kiss on her cheek. Khushi closed her eyes, hands clutching his shirt. He slowly moved towards her ears and whispered,

"Good night FriVal! Meet you tomorrow!"

Khushi blushed and nodded in yes. Arnav smirked, seeing at her blush. He then, removed his hand off her another cheek and gave a final wave. Khushi too waved back and turned towards her house, contented with what happened a while ago. Arnav too was smiling and blushing, feeling shy simultaneously,as it was first time that he kissed a girl.

Dreamingly, Khushi, clicked open the door. She went inside and leaned against the door. She bought her hands upto her cheeks , caressed it, flashback of his kiss re-running in her mind. There, Arnav too, bought his hand upto his cheek and smirked at her innocent kiss.

He reached home, kept his keys on the desk and took out night wear to change. He came to his dressing table and opened his watch. He glanced at his image and looked back to his watch. He suddenly felt he saw something on his cheeks. He quickly lifted his head and when he discovered what it was, he couldn't stop smiling. There was a lipstick mark on his cheeks, which proudly struck on his face.

He then, picked up his cell and messaged her,

I have reached home safely! Good night and sleep tight Rival...hehe...I mean Angel!

Khushi was arranging her bed when her cell beamed. She checked it and was happy to get his message. She read it and the word "angel" made her feel so good! She replied back :

Good Night! Sweet dreams Hunk! ;)

Arnav came out after getting freshen up and checked his cell. After seeing her message, he gave a pleasure smirk and snuggled himself inside his blanket. It was a new feeling and one of the best feeling!

Next day, Khushi got up a little early and began looking for dress she would wear today.

"I should select the best dress. God knows, when his mind wander off and he decide for a lunch or a dinner!", she thought while trying out different dresses. Finally, she stopped at a beautiful baby pink, sleeve-less, knee length frock .She then chose a matching earing for same and sandals too.

She looked again n again in the mirror, to see if everything was fine. She was a bit nervous, as if, she was going for an interview. She sighed and finally made her way to bookstore.

"Wow Khushi! You look beautiful today!", Sharma uncle remarked.

"That I means I don't look good any other day!", she giggled.

"No I mean...", She interrupted him...

"I know I know uncle! Thank u so much!", she thanked him.

She then, made her way to counter to arrange the books and got busy with her work. It was lunch time and Khushi was still working.

"I know, you are very busy! But still take some time out for your new friend also!", said a voice.

Khushi smiled as she understood the owner of the voice. She looked at him, gave a broadest smile and hugged him hard. He too hugged her back, with same intensity!

"Missed u so much!", she said while hugging him.

"But, I didn't miss u!", he joked.

She broke the hug and hit him softly on his chest.

"Owiie! Missed u too Angel!", he said and pulled her for side hug.

"So, had lunch?", he asked...wishing to see her nod.

She nodded.

He gave a satisfactory smile and said,

"Lets go then..."

Khushi nodded in yes, clasped his hand again and began to leave when Sharma uncle came in front of them..

" Hmm Arnav, Now as you have found a new friend, why would you think about this old man!", he said.

"Uncle...u too come with us!", both said together.

"Ah! No no...I won't spoil ur date!", he teased them. They looked at each other, then, looked here n there to avoid embarrassment. Uncle chuckled.

"Ok ok...Go now! I won't disturb." he said while waving at them.

"And Arnav, don't leave her hands! She is like a hyperactive kid..Always running here n there..",Uncle winked at him. Khushi blushed at his comment and somehow, tightened her grip. Arnav felt her grip and replied back...

"Your Kid won't let me leave her hand.", he winked at her , making her blush grow more n more red!
