yeah, it is a bit daunting to watch 177 episodes of MEIEJ as on date. 😆
What should I update you ?
Well, I started watching the show in August because I liked Vivian Dsena as RK (Rishabh Kundra) was marrying Madhubala in a drunk state. The acting was superb, the man's intelligence was dripping and I was taken in by RK character. He held me captive since then. The man (RK) is simply human and loveable and VD makes him so convincing.
And if that is not enough, MEIEJ is a story that has epic scale elements. Each character has inherent character flaws that can serve as a story twist thus making the story vibrant with inherent antagonism posed to the protagonists. Take any character, they have a story. And so I like Sourabh Tewari's story development and his writing team is good with story telling. Then his current dialogue writer Raghuvir Shekhawat is Colors channel's one of the fav dialogue writer.
And if the above was not enough, the concept behind MEIEJ, something to do with commemoration of 100 years cinema, gives a filmy entertainment quotient. The presentation of the story is done in total filmy style, fast paced turnaround of tracks, bombastic dialogues keep us entertained. the concept is provided by Prashant Bhatt, Fiction head of Colors.
With that background, then what is MEIEJ. Essentially, so far, it has been a Evolving love Story between socially and emotionally disparate persons. What then binds the two of them is their inherent madness, the challenge they throw to each other, sheer honesty and inexplicable kindness present deep down in their characters...as in Madhu has little bit of craziness in her blood and Rishabh is attracted to madness. That's how they meet and get married amidst madness and mayhem.
After that, what is supposed to be madness or chaos, a organization comes into their lives. As each starts discovering the true other and losing themselves to the other. It is very beautiful and piognant story so far. Presently, with all that filmy action drama, we do not know where the story is going to go, but honestly MEIEJ was always enigmatic in plotlines inspite of them giving out so many spoilers.

Ishq -
- RK's ishq is caring and being possessive about MB. There's certain level of deewanapan in the way he's after her. Be it to show his smirks or making his peremptory demands, its his expression of admiration for her, attraction for her and the desire to be in her company. Cluelessly enamoured royal tiger...I may as well be shameless and say seems in perpetual heat when around MB.
- MB's Ishq - Am guessing that it too will be possessive like RK. And her ishq so far has an expression of giving spontaneous response to RK's any kind of act. She just can't stop reacting to him. Cluelessly affected by him. She is angry, child-like, demanding, puppy-faced, looking teased and a royal queen.
Junoon -
- Rishabh's junoon is to hide away under his mask or be a recluse in his cave. His junoon is also to conserve his Super Ego. Those who strike it, they are GONE! That's why MB has been the target. She questioned his thought-process, his way of living.
- Madhu's junoon is to fight for others cares without any thought for her. She goes to insane limits. Take the case of Mukund, Shamsher Malik... and now it is RK and her standing up to restore his faith in his friend and care-taker Ganesha'.and soon a day is going to come when she will decide to take care of Rishu, when she understands that Rishabh's way of living is not a living but a coping to live through'..her eternal fight with Rishabh.
And another gist ...all of this analysis is mine. 😆 I don't know how to copyright it and so saying it. 😳 The red colored portion started since Dec 14th.

and hence using all these tracks.
