Maan was looking through a file in his cabin when Adi came.
Adi: Sir Mr. Yash Chaddha is here, the person about whom Mr. Mehra said.
Maan: Okay. Send him in.
After a couple of minutes there is a knock at maan's cabin.
Maan: Come in.
The person enters and introduces himself.
Yash: Hello Mr. Khurana, I am Yash Chaddha from YP Constructions.
Both shake hands and smile.
Maan: Hello Mr. Chaddha, pleasure meeting you. Please take a seat.
Yash(smiling): The pleasure is all mine.
I hope Mr. Mehra has already told you about what he wants but still let me brief you about it.
Mr. Mehra happened to visit some housing society constructed by my company back in Chandigarh and liked our work. He wants us to make his dream house in joint venture. As your company is mostly into office construction, he thought it will be nice if we both work together.
Maan: Correct. So tell me about your company and how you will manage this project?
Yash: Sure. Actually the company was started 15 years back so till now we concentrated mainly in getting a strong hold in Chandigarh only. We have our main office just there. But now through this project I plan to expand my business here too and also wanted to shift to Delhi so I was wondering if you could help me in settling here a bit faster so that we can take off with the project soon.
Maan: Sure. What kind of help you want?
Yash: It's just that I wanted a place to set up a temporary office near your's so that it is easy to communicate with you for the project and in the meanwhile I will try to find a place where I can have my office built.
Maan: Okay. I'll let you know if I am able to find such a place. And what about the project details?
Yash: Oh that I'll have them mailed to you by my secretary today.
Maan: Okay then see you soon settled in Delhi.
Both shook hands and smiled.
As soon as Yash got out of the cabin, he dialed a number on his mobile.
Yash: Hey Angel'how are you?

Yash: And what is Smile doing?

Yash: Okay''Ask smile to mail the Delhi Project details to the mailing address I am sending on her mobile and then start packing as you both are coming here by night.

Yash: Don't get too much excited angel, we have to go on a hunt for our house tomorrow onwards. The faster you zero down on a house, the more time you'll get at shopping so get started from there as soon as possible.
He smiled and cut the call after listening to her joyful voice which conveyed her excitement.
