WHy are all Mona fans so downright biased

Why...The forum is inundated with posts saying Mona deserves to win,only because she has tried hard??I mean,should effort be the yardstick or performance.....

Well,each to their own,but the reasoning that SInce mona has improved,she deserves to win cuts no ice with me😕

Svetha was far better than Mona,on the D day....Mona wasnt upto the mark....and what's even more preposterous is how people say"SVetha was better than Mona,but mona is the good human,so she should win,mona has improved alot,mona has put in so much of hard work,she took judges comments in her stride blah blah"...Seriously,are these factors the true criterion

But still people want Mona to win....Only because they like her personality,her smile,her effort etc...Arent these people biased,and giving predominance to every other factor but dance😕

Mona deserves only to be in the finals,she doesnt deserve to win,because she wasnt the best dancer......I just cant stomache the fact that a genuinely good dancer is going to lose only because of the favouritsm of the people.....Same happened on Indian Idol,Fame Gurukul

And there are so so many posts saying that Svetha's a trained dancer...FYI,SVetha only said that she has danced before,and that she learnt to dance watching movies...She didnt say that she is a professional dancer....

FAns being biased towards their favourites is nothing new,but what gets my goat is when people so blatently play upon the favouritsm card

Sorry if this post offended anyone,that wasnt my remotest intention,but I felt really really despondent...and my indignation is justified too,isnt it😕....Sorry for the tirade,but just couldnt help but vent😳😭

ya we are biased.we admit it.but this is democracy every one has a right to be biased about the person to whom he likes.why the hell people give support to shveta even if they don't like her .what all the time u says better dancer-better dancer.rakhi sawant is far more better dancer than preity zinta so if there would be any dance competiton,what u expect people will vote for rakhi?i dont say dat this is a fair comparison bcoz shveta is not rakhi and mona is not preity but see different people have different choices so u should not try to change someone's view .if u like shveta it's ok similarly if we like mona and try to defend her(as the true fan will do)then it also be ok.is'nt it?if majority of people want to see mona as winner then definitely she shuld be regardless the fact dat shveta is better dancer and ofcourse vice-versa.after all it's all the game of audience likes and dislikes.similarly if people want to see shveta as winner she is welcome.i have no problems bcoz we should respect majority rather than trying to proove ourselves right.there are so many people who like salman despite knowing the fact that he is not a good actor and dancer but fans are fans god knows what attracts people but certainly not all the time talent.so plz dont worry let people come with their view and try to repect the verdict.u like it or not but we are forced to follow the rules made by upa government bcoz majority has decided.so mr buffie dont dare to instigate and insult the feeling of majority what so ever it would be.ok byeeeeeeeeeeee😆

You say i "insult" the feeling of the silent majority,and then you yourself agree that you are biased....WHen you know that I'm simply stating the truth,thn why get offended....😕😆....Its not insulting,its just stating something which is true..the truth is always bitter!😉

Liking someone and not liking someone is each person's prerogative..what what roused my ire was the posts saying that mona deserves to win....I wouldnt have any problem if all the mona fans accept that they are biased,the love the person Mona SIngh,and thus want her to win...But every mona fan tries to justify the insipid performance...PEOple try to justify,saying that svetha has dancing background etc....

I am not trying to change people's views..Only that the blatent bias rouses my indignation.....the Rakhi Sawant Priety analogy...Well,rakhi sawant and priety have the baggage...Mona and Svetha are more or less on the same pedestal,they both are in the tellyland,and both are known for their acting alone(unlike rakhi who is known for her controversies),and both mona and svetha arent as vulgar as RAkhi..People despise RAkhi for her vulgarity,whereas both svetha and mona are on the same foothold,now if Svetha had featured in a vulgar music video,and mona had carried herself all akin to a seraph,then one could draw the analogy...Not here

I swear i haev nvr met any1 so narrow-minded as u at118. Do u knw wht a democracy means----democracy means one vote for one person......n wht sony is allowing is mutiple voting---so this whole notion tht the JDJ winenr is a democratic winner is pure rubbish.

R u tht close-minded tht u will go to extent to ignoring some1's immense talent ? U talk abt insulting the 'feeling of the majority' while at the same time u r insultign Shveta superlative dancing skills . if talent doesnt matter in a dance show then wht does?

Wht realyl irritates me is the excuses Mona fans use to garner votes for Mona:

1. vote for Mona, coz Shveta is jealous of MOna: tehre is nothing in mona's dancing ability for shveta to be jealous of. shveta is jsut insecure coz she knws how close-minded ppl r....they cant see beyond their beloved jassi! U ppl talk abt Shveta makign excuses...tehn wht abt MOna's excuse abt being a 'nondancer!'

2. Vote for MOna coz she's a good human being: lik any of u r God to judge how good human being Mona is!

3. Vote for Mona coz she's bubbly n brings a smile to my face: oh so this is a personality competition is it? Govinda's dancing brings a smile to my face, so does tht mean Govinda is bttr thn some1 lik Hrithik in dancing?

4. Vote for MOan coz she improved: lik duh......Mona has mroe scope for improvement while Shveta was so bloody perfect tht she had less scope for improvement....so lets punish shveta for being so good!!!

5.Vote for Mona coz Shveta shdnt have been allowed to perticipate: so we shd vote for MOna coz Sony apparently made a mistake by allowing a seasoned dancer lik Shveta to participate. Lets undo Sony's "wrong" doing by making another mistake n voting out Shveta.

6.Vote for Mona coz the judges were unfair: how convenient.....if MOna gives a poor performacne, jsut blame it on the judges!

7. Vote for MOna coz her choreographer screwed up!: so u guys r gonna punish Shveta n longi for being committed to their task. U r gonna reward Tobby for not being as determined as Longi!!! great....way to go guys...👏👏

PEople hate it when pointed out that they are biased,say that one is insulting them...Well,if one is biased,one would come in for flak..Just as how the judges came in for flak when they were overrating mahesh.....People living in glass houses shouldnt be throwing stones😡

I agree with Buffie and breathing_irony. Majority of the voting Audience is biased and think through a pigeon hole menatality rather than looking at the larger perspective. Mona, Mahesh, Aakashdeep, Jadeja are clearly no dancers. Mere improvements along the show, is not enough. They were clearly never going to be the best.

Sony has already lost a lot of cerdibilty becasue of shows like FG (most particularly. The final outcome was a mockery to good singing) and II2. If they make Mona Singh win just becasue she is a bigger celebrity then Shweta, then sure enough I would label Sony as a certified rubbish channel 🤢, to be avoided like plague. 😕
