Hi everyone
I know a lot of you have written beautiful analysis of today's episode (here I am referring to just the Asya parts), but I couldn't hold myself from writing a little about the Asya moments. If you guys noticed, AsYa never said a word to each other today but their eyes and expressions spoke a lot more about their feelings. Asad was the wounded lion today- his guilt, desperation, anger and then relief were all conveyed very well by his body language, facial expressions and eyes. The way he crushed the sharp twig in his hand showed how crushed he was on the inside. God forbid, if he had had a knife, he would have cut himself into pieces. His loud yelp when he thought she was gone forever screamed of the pain he was experiencing at that moment. Wish Zoya could have seen that. She would never hold any grudge against him.
Even though Zoya was semi conscious, she did glance at him and I am sure recognized how distressed he looked. Although I am not sure, she will remember this once she is fully conscious. In typical Zoya fashion, even though she had just managed to defeat death, her first concern was for Ansh. Here the credit goes to the writers for highlighting this characteristic of hers.
The scene that followed after Yash and Arti left was one of the best scenes of QH in my opinion. AsYa spoke with their eyes and exchanged more heartfelt messages than all the quarrels they have ever had. Even the way Asad carried her today was not the knight carrying a damsel in distress but a man carrying a woman who he loves (or will soon learn to) the most.
AsYa are a treat to watch...probably the only reason for me to be glued to this serial. Hope we will continue to get such heart stirring performances by the two of them.
Edited: I just saw the AsYa scene again. Initially I wasn't sure what emotions zoya was going through after yash and arti left but I think her expression was that of apology- she knew asad had gone through a rough time ( arti mentioned that too) and just before she had fallen unconscious, asad had reprimanded her for inconveniencing his life time and again. I feel she was trying to apologize for putting him through so much. We will probably know more tomorrow. Once she is more alert, if she avoids him then in all likelihood she would be sorry for making him go through hell. Little does she know that asad's feelings are very different about her at this point. But the way he turned his face away to hide his tears, I doubt he would express any feelings to her. Would they both avoid each other now? Hmm...let's see.
