GURUKUL STUDENTS ARE ALL PETTY

I think from the past few episodes I have been seeing how petty the students are al acting. Now I believe that Ekta Kapoor was right...people do like to see the bad winning and the good losing!! Else..why would the students keep voting back Shamit in..and Qazi out?? I felt really bad for Qazi, bcoz he is such a sincere guy..but he appeared to be systematically excluded from all the students group activites...yet,Qazi took it all stoically keeping all his faith only on God and the Junta!!

Whatever people may say,I think Shamit is a smooth talker..but all that glitters is NOT gold!! Hence Qazi who atleast spoke honestly won!! Here the Junta's vote proved me that Good does win after all!! Thanks to the Indian Junta.

And when Javed Akhtar scolded Shamit I could see all the students looking so shame faced. Did any of you see Mona?? She was crying for most of the show from the time Qazi was shown..I think she is beginning to get weighed down by guilt over what happened to Kirti and am sure one of these days she will break down and confess what actually happened to Kirti...about the politics behind the scene.

Another thing that convinces me that Kirti was voted out by a conspiracy..see..Shamit said that day Kirti got voted out becoz they did not want Gurpreet to go out by a single vote!! But yesterday when the students again voted, not a single one of them voted for her and all the votes went to Shamit. That in itself is proof of a conspiracy!!

Over to you guys!! Looking to hear your views!!

I really cant explain anything, since we guys in the States haven't seen that episode yet....but from wat I hear and read on this forum, I can definitely understand your concern....

But I am sorry, till date, I beg to differ that Shamit played politics...even though this thing has been stretched a lot outta proportion and a lot has been said against it....but I still firmly believe that Shamit was non-guilty....but I do agree, that voting out Kirti was an unintentional mistake commited by Shamit, Anubhav, Amit, Arijit and Mona....

Regarding Qazi....even I take him as a very honest guy...someone who speaks from heart and thinks good of others....but see if you understand the physciology of gurukalities, you might understand their stress better.....obviously we all feel that Qazi is a better actor, a better performer, but quite sadly, not a better singer....therfore watching a gurukalite, who's a better singer voted out every week stresses the gurukalities.....they would rather see the non-deserving go outta the gurukul...than someone who perhaps didn't sing well (for various reasons) on the Friday night....

Because of this, they kinda have a spat, a cold-war against Qazi....coz they all know that outta all of them...he's the least deserving as a singer.....and afterall since the foundation of this show is singing, not performing, they want Qazi to leave!

That's something that I think...and obviosuly that reflects on the screen....again it was just my opinion...so no hard feelings😊

I think if it was a case of voting out non deserving students..then how come they voted for Gurpreet that previous time?? As they said yesterday,as much as singing, the X factor is also important which Gurpreet did nto have nor did Shamit.

Qazi does not sing badly...he can do much better and in fact has been steadily improving with each performance. True...his is not the most flawless of all the singing...!! But he is making great efforts to overcome this shortcoming and that is clearly seen in each new performance of his.

Gurpreet lacked energy and the tenor to sing. Her singing range seemed very very limited!!

Hope I have clarified myself here!!

Sometimes I feel they rather see their competition leave (ie. better singers and performers) Of course, they should vote out the ones who can't sing but I wonder if they want to eliminate all their competition. Then again, I am sure they also want to see the non-deserving students leave as well because they feel they shouldn't be there.

Everyone is holding a grudge against Qazi because he's the favorite of the audience. And it more clear now than ever, which is why almost everyone is saying he should be out. Either jealousy or just plain stress from not being popular with the audiences...

I agree that the students are under A LOT of stress, which makes them unable to think straight when they have to vote. It happens...stress to sing well, stress to please judges and the teachers and then stress to vote between students and friends. 😕

students are under a lot of pressure. instead of grooming, they are teaching students how to be rude to each other.

if the show is only about singing, then there should have been no controversy on the kirti issue- kirti should have been in and gurpreet out....but shamit and gang voted out kirti and voted for gurpreet. All the participants who are now claiming that this compt. is only about singing and qazi is not fit for that- why did they vote for gurpreet...the excuse that they did not want their friend to go out with no votes was very filmsy.....they voted out a good singer...and now they have to suffer for that...the public might vote out a good singer..when the so called singers (none of them deserve to be called that...as most of them are pretty ordinary) can vote out a good contestant...why can't public.

And the audience this time did not vote out a good candidate.....gurpreet was bad and not improving...qazi is not good but improving..gurpreet was also here at the cost of good singers and performers like kirti and it was time that she be eliminated. She might be a better singer inside the gurukul but on stage she was pretty bad.
