LOL What an analyzationš Yes it does ! All members of her family turned out to be useless! But seriously this is the limit man...I don't support the concept that one can never get happiness in life. and this is what ila proves in her every track...I mean seriously has she lived similar kind of life that she is torturing her viewers with this concept?

If you would allow, I have a slightly different take on your topic. Does Indira, Rishi, Zara's life suck? I guess so. They all have been put in circumstances that are difficult. But is this the worst that anyone could face in life- absolutely NOT. What is most bothersome about these characters is that they keep taking the misery in their lives and keep perpetuating it by their own self-made choices. Lets start with Indira- okay so she takes care of her ungrateful family and can't get away for understandable reasons, but when she gets the choice to walk away from all the abuse with the help of a very supportive husband, she decides to stay in the daldal (for lack of a better word) so she can get more of the misery. Lets look at the BT track. So she gets brain tumor (believe me millions of people in this world who get cancer at a young age). What does she do? Refuse treatment. Why?? Lack of money? Are you kidding me. 90% of the population in India is middle class/low income and cant afford medical treatment- do they just give up?. But Indira wasn't even this unlucky- she was sitting on a property worth crores. She could have easily sold the house, used some of the money for her treatment and divided the rest fairly among the family members (or bought houses for them if she didn't trust them with the money and invested the rest). Forget the house, she didn't even bother going out looking for a loan! This is just Indira, I could go on about Rishi and Zara too and how their own choices have created misery in their lives. But the point is the same. While these characters have faced tough circumstances in life, they also have been given many opportunities to change their circumstances but alas all of them choose to only perpetuate the misery they're in.
If these characters are a reflection of their creator then I must say that Illa Bedi must be a very pessimistic, self-defeating woman in real life. On a different note, I don't understand why people feel so bad for these fictional characters- aren't there enough people in real life with real suffereing to feel bad about (and maybe do something to help)?? I guess most people here live quite sheltered lives, far away from the cruel reaity that surrounds most people in this world.

So true Saloni! Indira's life is no less than hell. I understand that there are struggles/problems in everyone's life..but that doesn't mean he/she can never attain happiness! Life can't be this cruel. CVs are obsessed with the idea of tragedies..as a result they have made the show a complete mess! Even Zara's life isn't any good..with a husband who claims to love her but doesn't show any emotional support..he isn't there when she needs him the most..he's torn between his first and second wife. SF family has selfish reasons to support her and they too would soon start taking her for granted and misbehave with her the same way. Indira would probably have a major breakdown realizing that zindagi is again a jung for her even after recovering from her mental illness..she has practically no one by her side! As if these 8 years of torture weren't enough. š
