As the title suggests, yes I spoke to Imam AGAIN and this time even for a longer time...an hour and a half!😆

So I was quite sleepy and about to head to bed when I thought of being my spontaneous self and calling Imam again. My line got through on the third try this time.

This conversation was a breeze. It felt like I was talking to a very good friend of mine instead of someone that I hardly know and have never met in real life.

Some bits and pieces of the conversation :

Me : "Imam do you remember me? Not that I expect you to!"

Imam : "I think so but can you remind me about our previous conversation?"

Me : "We spoke for an hour and your were at your friend Melissa's place. You sat outside in the lawn and spoke to me while the dogs were playing around you."

Imam : "I specifically remember that moment babe. How are you??? Thank you so much for calling again!"

He was at his sister's place this time. His bhabi and her kids were around too. Imam made me speak to his Sabrina bhabi's son Zidane(he is named after the soccer player). That baby is extremely adorable and he said Timeout to me on the phone!🤣

Imam then gave the phone to bhabi. I was caught a bit off guard but she was extremely sweet and spoke to me in a very warm manner. I told her that I think Imam is a wonderful man and seems very loving towards children. She agreed and said that the kids love him to death!😳

She gave the phone back to him and we started yapping away again!😈

Immu and I got along so well that he told me : "I feel like I've known you for ages! Why is that so?"

Me : "I know! Same here! I feel like you are one of my besties!"

Imam : "Can we be bffs??"

Me : "Hell yea!!!!😆"

We spoke about the secret room incident. He told me how it was done to show him Sana's real face.

Imam : "I had so much respect and love for that girl before I went into the secret room. She spoke very ill of me once I left. Didn't expect it. She spoke about the number and brand of cars that she owns and her status in society. Hello? Timeout! She comes from a lower middle class family which she herself told me earlier, which made me respect her so much more because the fact that a girl made it to this point all by herself is incredible. You know that is the reason I started calling her Sana Khan/Sana maam. She didn't appreciate much of that respect unfortunately."

We talked about the finale. He mentioned that they were all provided outfits for the finale by the show.

Imam : "They all wore outfits given to them by the show but I refused. I wore a designer suit by Shahid. Did you like it?"

Me : "Loved it You looked extremely handsome!"

Imam : "Thank you! Did you like Niketan's suit?"

Me : "Nope. He looked even skinnier in it."

Imam : "Yea the suit hung on him."

Me : "How do you think Sana and Urvashi looked?"

Imam : "She looked alright but she put on so much bronzer all over her body that when she sat down on the silver couch and got up during breaks...I had to wipe off the bronzer from the couch!😆

Urvashi looked really elegant. She was dressed appropriately."

Me : "Imam you should dump the red and dress how you dressed the last one week in the house."

Imam : "Why? You don't like red?"

Me : "Not on you. You looked so good in that purple sweater in the secret room episode! Dress like that more often."

Imam : "Ok point taken. But you know they didn't let me bring too many clothes into the house that's why I had to repeat a lot of clothes."

Me : "Just avoid red from now on Imam. You personality is fiery enough.😆"

He laughed at this comment!😆

Some other pointers :

1. I asked him about his views on Urvashi this time. He praised her immensely! He told me how his sister(the one who came on the show) is a single mother of 3 kids and that he sees her reflection in Urvashi. During his stay in the house, Urvashi had told him about her struggles as a single mom(we saw that on live feed) and on hearing her experiences, Imam had prayed to Allah that day to make this woman win the show because she deserves it the most. He went into the smoking room and cried his eyes out for her. I got very emotional listening to that!😔

2. I asked him about Sapna. He said that she was the most genuine and gutsy woman in that house and that they ended on very good terms in the show even though things weren't so pretty in the beginning. He did mention that Sapna's extreme mood swings are because of some medication that she takes for insomnia.🤔

3. Immu also spoke a bit about Rajev about how apparently some cab driver slapped him with a joota on his face!🤣 He said it could be a rumor!(I hope not!😆 I told him that the gay community and 40+ women should publicly hit Rajev with joota. Imam ROFLed at that!)

4. He spoke about Sidhu and said that if he had been in that house from day one, he wouldn't have survived Sidhuism. He said that Sidhu was there to build his political image and hence the 24/7 preaching. He supports Sapna's take on Sidhu!😆

5. We spoke about Salman as well and we both agreed on the fact that he is one big male chauvinist! Imam supported Sapna's take on Salman both inside and outside the house. Imam told me that Salman's not to blame for this. 99% of bollywood mostly lack proper values and character.

6. We spoke about IF on length. I asked him to make an account here and come and chat with us. He said he'd love to do that when he gets the time. He also mentioned that his twitter account got hacked.😔

7. He has been invited by Colors to appear on the new Nautanki show in various avatars. He requested me to ask you people to watch the February 2nd/12th episode.😛

8. I asked him if he got angry at any callers. He said that he did but never swore or disrespected them. He told me how some people were just interested in knowing about gossip and other housemates so he didn't quite like that and told them, "Timeout. Bye."

9. He didn't interrupt me at all except one time where he apologized saying, "I'm sorry that I'm interrupting you." He asked me tons of questions about myself so the conversation wasn't just one sided.😊

10.. We hung up on a very sweet note. We screamed out "Chalo Chale Canada" together and shared phone hugs and kisses!😳 He had to hang up because he had some rehearsal to go to. He apologized for hanging up so soon.😆

11. He told me about how he can't wait to catch up on the episodes. I was like Imam, I wish we could have watched it together and laughed our a**es off. He said that I have your number, I will call you during the funny bits!😆

12. We talked about haiwaaniyat He told me how he can be big time devil and I was like, you're fooling no one Imam. Your devilish acts scare me as much as a cute, fat baby scares me. He started laughing at that and was like no no, I can be evil. I was like yeah right! You give yourself too much credit Imam. We both burst out laughing at that!😆

(Will keep adding more as I recall. It was a long conversation so I don't remember every single thing at the moment.)

So sweet of Imam to have his family also speak to you. He seems so warm-hearted.

I hope he does not get stuck in being a clown/judge for comic shows. He has so much talent but people seem to have focussed on his entertainment value and not his brain power and personality.

I am 100% with Imam's view on Sidhu. He was too preachy and made BB even more boring. It was obvious he had come to build the image of being a trustworthy friend/carer to who viewers could relate to

Hi cherie

Just wanted to ask you something. Yesterday when i called him up...it was around 11pm in india.First couple of times he didnt answer and then he picked up when i must have tried for the 6th or 7th time. It was just a very short conversation. I don't know...it sounded like he doesn't want to speak. He was just like...who is this...and what do you want.

Coming to my question...during the span of 3-4 minutes talk, i felt like the voice is not the same as imam on television. I wonder why was that. And when i later looked up on true caller app (available on blackberry and android), this number is under someone called Vivin Vijay.

So you have any idea why it's under some other person's name..and 2nd q...why do you feel he sounded quite arrogant in nature...when i never even spoke anything bad to him.
