Asian Film Awards 2013: 4 Indian films nominated

The two other films to have been nominated are The Answer Lies Within and The Ship of Theseus

For the first time ever, four Indian films have been nominated at the Asian Film Awards 2013 (AFA). In fact, Anurag Kashyap's Gangs Of Wasseypur 1 and 2 have together received four nominations including the Best Picture category (foreign film) where it will battle with the Chinese-French drama Mystery, Japan's Outrage Beyond, Korea's Pieta by Kim Ki-duk and China-Hong Kong's Drug War, for the top honour.

Other Indian films to have been nominated at the Asian Film Awards 2013 include Anurag Basu's much acclaimed Ranbir Kapoor-Priyanka Chopra-Ileana D'Cruz starrer Barfi!, writer-director Anand Gandhi's The Ship Of Theseus and the lesser known The Answer Lies Within.
