He was angry because she stirred all these emotions which he supposedly didn't believe in.

hmmm, no, it is really because i feel he is being misunderstood here. his fault. who asked him to be so brusque, arrogant and hurl "tum jaisi ladkiyon" stuff, but in the matter of saving khushi, he was ready to put his life in danger for her. both times. if khushi allowed herself to think a bit, she would have realised. well for the sake of the most thrilling lau story ever told (yes me ott) 😆 we couldn't have that realisation now. but somewhere later in the show? a chat maybe? something?

his character was drawn and presented more honestly than khushi's. i believe that's why it was a winner. of course, there was the man.

sanaya elevated khushi with her tender, sensitive handling of this girl. but the basic structure was not really strong and palpable. could have been. easily. just needed channel to agree to being less unreal about women portrayed there, and for creatives to go a little deeper into her mind/heart.

Did you notice a repeating dialogue by ASR...Girls like you are always plotting to trap a rich guy...amir larka ko fasao... (Sorry I don't speak Hindi)... Initially I thought what an odd thing to say, especially since he allows Lavanya to hang around him... How wrong I was...

He was referring to his dad...believing he was trapped by a golddigger.
He used that line as a DEFENSE whenever he felt he was falling for Khushi ( he also said it after the Dewali...moth drawn to fire...kiss attempt)
Lavanya was not a gold digger just an airhead ...

Thank you giving me the opportunity to relive those episodes.

From Episode 25 to understands the characters of chess game.

Today's episode is a hint towards a future layout of each and every character and how will they play out this chess game .Yes a chess game in which not only King and Queen will be checked and mate but also other characters will play interestingly at their given positions . The King can castle as we know that is our Arnav . Queen ( Khushi) is valuable to bishop (Naniji) and the rooks (Anjali and Shyam).Two knights are Akash and Payal and rest of them are Pawns.The second Bishop is ASR's mother which is a big part of this game from beginning till end.( King and Queen will mate ,LOL) As this game has three phases opening game, middle game, and the end game. OPENING game has started indeed. Just mind blowing😊👍🏼

EPISODE 32

Today's epi is about how the "one knight"(Payal) and the "one rook"(Anjali) is going to change the game plan of the future for the King (Arnav) and the queen(Khushi).These two sisters play a major role in shaping the positions and setting teams of pawns in such a way,that will seem a Tsunami apparently but under the layers of waves Fish will be swimming, surviving,and thriving for their existence. 20 min of power of LOVE by siblings and their meaning of existence.👏👏👏

"Apne phoopa ji ki train ki tarah "dhar dhar' kar ke jana aur 'dhar dhar kar ke wapas aa jana"(Like your uncle go to office as fast as you can and come back soo too) hmmm Are you sure Buaji? That's how our episode starts today. It directly indicates what Arnav said to Nani "Jaldbazi mein kia hua faisla khabi sahi nahi hota"(Rash decision are never correct.)Tne same feeling Khushi has making this rash decision about leaving job.Her brain and heart has mixed vibes.She is doing it just for her "knight" Jiji as pawn Buaji had no effect on her [(Kitni Dheet hai Yeh Larki.(How stubborn Khushi is?)]and so does the "rook"Shyam.Khushi can go to any length for her "Knight".Queen is playing her game around "Knight" to reach where ever DM will take her. Hmmm we all know where.

"Shyam and "Arti", are you doing that becoz "You will be relaxed God knows for what"hmmm "Hum jante thay aap bilkul theek faisla lain gi"(I knew you will make a right decision.)How the heck you know which decision is right smarty pants?"Dal mein kuch kala hai"(something is wrong with this creep for sure)Hate his drooling face.You are right for one thing dude DM is with her and she knows that.(At this point as Aranav and Khushi are baffled about each other I am baffling about you.😕)

Jiji said,"Humain dar lag raha hai aagr tum us contract wali baat ko na sanbhal pai to"(I am afraid if you couldn' take care of contract terms)But Payal you just said"Contract gaya Bhar mein"(I don't care about contract" then what is worrying you???? Khushi,"Girti hui imarat sanbhal li kuch bi sanbhal loon gi"(I took care of falling building ,now I can take care of anything)Indeed Khushi you did take care of falling kindom of Arnav within the White Wall of ASR.Pause here: The guest house(ASR) is white from outside and looks perfectly fine but inside(Arnav) bricks were falling and Khushi was trapped inside of this falling building which is Arnav's Palace.Simply magnificent''.👏

"Agar us Rakshus ko rarna hai na to hum bhi tayar hain" (If that devil wants to fight then I am ready too) Aww Khushi you are but he is not.becoz he is angry why are you not playing along with her.Pause here: ASR is remorse and angry becoz he wants to go back in time to fix everything to start fresh with her as he can't and she does not let him mend his mistakes in the beginning as she can't.(Satsun meeting,she did not give him chance to explain his side)

Both are "Humain Farak nahi Parta"(We don't care) Egoistic couple but cute hai.😆

"Bina Dil ke Dili " is "Dil wali "now.( heartless Delhi has heart now) Really Khushi❤️My heart goes mmm mmm mmm ----------------"😳

But one thing is clear Khushi can do anything to make ppl laugh around her despite her own heart bleeds in that process. Have tears all the time.

Even though Ama and Babuji is not with her but her Jiji is.

ASR's entry in the office shows how this man's presence effect his surroundings and people around him.He is a self made person standing alone and tall among others. He is right in one sense "I write my own destiny and others too"Yes of course not without God's consent but he did make his name by his own's will power and daring nature.His entrance shows his determination, assurance, fearlessness, certainty, and courage at each level of his life.Just Bravo.👏

"Uska eik Naam Hai" She has a name.He knows the meaning of the Name as he has to borrow someone's to complete his proudly.Somehow she mattered to him yes he is in denial right now but she is as he stopped TWICE for defending her over her Name after all she is his QUEEN.❤️

(Koi Farak Nahi Parta) Right😆

On the other side King(ASR) made it clear to "senapati" (La and company) everybody will call Queen(Khushi) by her name.Khushi had emerged as an independent individual infront of Him and he does not want anyone to take advantage of her.hmmm interesting "Khushi ka ASR ke Dil aur Dimagh par Raj" Background music so he is ASR at this moment so ASR is giving back to her what he took away from her"Her Respect" "Dupatta. Yes Indeed "Khushi nai girti huai amart ko sanbhal liya hai"(Khushi indeed took care of falling building.) HEART (Arnav)AND BRAIN(ASR) reaching for Khushi. Making me proud Double "A" Arnav and ASR (for fragilious heart)😆😛

"Tum nai mujhai na bata kar Nani se jo milne ki ghalati ki hai use Sudhar raha hoon"(trying to mend the mistake which you did by meeting Nani without telling me )I am confused just as La,"What are you implying to."So you want her as your gal for your society so no one bothers you in your circle but you never want your family to meet her.hmmm very complicated .Pause here: So he took La home when Khushi gave him her two cents "Hum Lakhnow ja rahain hain"(I am going Lukhnow)and Nani was giving him her two cents (broke up with La and get married).Awww poor ASR "Mein wohi karta hoon jo mujhe sahi lagta hai"(I do what I think is right) 😉

Other side Arnav has to leave for his Di in a rush but he stops at Khushi table.He can't wait to see her back.Her belongings are the most treasure to him now.Pause here:Balance scale is tilting towards Khushi side for a while till he moves it back.Khushi will be tilting this balance later as He is moving at DM's wishes for Khushi.Pause here:During Telepathy "Mujhe aur khuch nahi chahiye" (I don't want anything else Khushi.)It will be Khushi who will keep Di at pedestal for His sake.Brilliant.👏

Khushi entered baffling with mixed emotions not even giving two cents about contract just remembering SOFT corner of ASR and clutching her Resignation as she is holding his collar.DM is smiling as this piece of paper is taking her towards him anyway.

I loved the way she was looking at his chamber,the same chamber she was thrown out so many times but today the same was pulling her like a magnet.❤️

Love the scene though where they both cross each other and did not feel each other presence. Pause here: This is indication there is always something more than two of them which will apart them may be just for while though but has its own undeniable importance and that is "Anjali" his Di.So King actually playing his game for "rook" to go around to get his "Queen" hmm inetersting.😳

So next move is for "rook" and for "knight" to get close to each other.hmmm wicked DM.Pure fun.👏( Marrying Khushi for saving Di and marrying ASR for saving Payal's marriage)

As Buaji said"Do minute bhi rukne ki zaroorat nahi hai wahan.Samjhat kia hai laad Governor,hamari Bitya kissi se kam hai kia"(You don't have to stay there for long,what ASR thinks of himself.our daughter is no less than anyone)That's what Khushi did,even though her mind was playing games but her heart is PURE and wants her to stop but her brain took less than two minutes to show everyone in the office "who she really is?"Laad Governor's "Praja"(employess) and even his "Senapati" La with her stooges really got "Right in your face" treatment.

" Khabi Lakhnow aeye ga phir hum aap ko sikhayen ge keh sar utha ke Zindagi mein kaise jiya jata hai"( Come lakhnow and I will teach you how to live with your chin up)This is the day when Khushi is shown as an independent woman what ever happened later don't want to pour my thoughts here.Just being mum is better.Pause here: -Board says 2:0

ASR -0 represents cycle of events and recovery (Perfectly suits to ASR as he is going through a lot until his recovery from past )

Khushi-2 oppositions and conflictions (suits to Khushi as she will face both of these till she becomes winner)

Thumbs up !!👍🏼

Khushi says,"Hum nai to yahi Seekha hai jo sahi hai wohi Karna"(I learned do what is right) to shut everone's mouth.Isn't this the same as Arnav said to Nani"aap nai hi sikhaya khabi khuch ghalat nahi karna"(You taught me don't do any thing wrong.)hmmm Both are arrogant in their own way.😳

"Hum yeh Istifa unhi ko dein gey jin ke saath hum ne yeh contract sing kia that"Khai unhon ne shoru kia tha Khatum hum Karain gey"

(I will give my regignation to ASR and as he started this game I'll finish it)

Yes Indeed he started this whole game in fashion show in Lakhnow and you will finish it in Delhi as Mrs KKGSR👏

Today Khushi left the office but did she------------

At RM Arnav finds out Di was making his "Continental" while fastening and gets worried.Nani,"Lagta hai Chote nai waqat ke saath apne moon ka zaika bhi badal diya hai"(With time he has changed his taste too).Deep arrow bazi. (Game) She is referring how he has forgotton his mother's taste in everything.He pressed the issue of Di's health and Nani becomes not only quite but also agrees with him when he said,"You don't have to work while you fastening".They both share lovely glancing which change into stern look on both sides which Anjali felt deeply.😳

Anjali,"Agar aaj Mama papa hote to iss sub ko sanbhal laite".His rage with the closed fists is ready to blow but the moment he sees "tears" in his Di's eyes ,his anger turns filling his eyes too."Mere liye aap sab khuch ho".(You are everything for me) ."YOU ARE MY FAMILY" "Mein aap ke liye khuch bhi kar sakta hoon."(I can do anything for you Di) by holding Di's hand.A promise made by brother who did each and every length to Make her happy.😊😊 hmmm

Indeed King has to go around the "rook" to get to the queen.Lovely just like Khushi she has to go around the "knight "to reach to her King.DM is planning her next move around ALL of these to bring them together.👏❤️

Audios.see you tomorrow.

episode 33

at the heart of the greatest tales told there's always conflict. the crux around which the story breathes, acquires colour and grows. here too there was conflict from the word go. a visceral clash that was palpable almost; and as often such things are, hard to describe in words. why did they react with such vehement force toward each other from that first meeting in sheesh mahal? why did he snap her dori and the pearls scatter? that night she was truly at the receiving end of his wrath. an anger that was always laced with whispers from the past. he overstepped the mark. she was shocked and something else, again hard to describe. her rage flew at him and in her till then pristine heart came the first shards of an undeniable emotion that finally became love.

today she came to return the compliment and ended up being as unfair to him as he was to her that night. that night he hadn't listened to a word she had to say, suspecting her of the most terrible things. now she refused to let him speak, accusing him of pretty awful things. he had told her he knew girls like her well, and even spoken insultingly of her sister's marriage breaking. all she could do was plead. now she said to him that he was heinous enough to put her life at stake knowingly. and he said not one word.

about 10 minutes of conflict visible and invisible right in the middle of the episode. around it other themes developing plot. but in the middle the battle of dil and dimag, and two contenders curiously equal. today khushi was consciously acting from her dimaag. in fact, right from that chat with lavanya and her hangers on khushi displayed this other side of herself strikingly. she was a bit scared she had admitted, but then she'd calmed herself and perhaps switched on her "dimag ki batti" to survive the battle royal. she knew her dil would be hopeless at this job, being as loving, as giving as she is, she'd find it hard to tell himall she'd made up her mind to. she'd told payal, if the rakshas wants a fight, i'm prepared for it.

he was in a funny state of mind, emotionally churned. di had just gone through a fainting spell and she was his "sab kuch," he'd been reminded of his parents and felt the familiar anger angst turmoil his memory brought him, and back of his mind he was still worried about her. her thoughts practically stalked him (they could teach the IF stalkers a thing or two about lurking without permission, barging into all sorts of places and refusing to leave 🤣). how telling that thought filled little pause in front of khushi's desk, looking at dm, when he ought to be rushing to di. and of course, the beautiful "usska ek naam hai."

in the midst of this the telephone rings. khushi wants to meet him. a wondering but not unhappy or angry look. "khushi?" so comfortable with that name now. let her come. and so she arrives, armed with her letter and her darti hai par karti hai courage, ready to take on mr arnav singh raizada. as she walks in, there he is at the top of the stairs. on his face a shade of concern, a bit of some question, nothing else. her eyes widen, many feelings flow in her, but she walks ahead. the contenders approach each other, exactly as in a battle (nice direction, stirring music, and prolonging this only whets the appetite, gets us ready to watch the smashing duel). as they come face to face, both pause. khushi looks a little nervous, hand instinctively reaching to settle dupatta (nice touch), he waits. her eyes fall on the scar, so do his.

and in a second we are in dil land. he remembers her pushing him in the guest house, so furious, and him holding her back, then by mistake breaking her bangle, cutting her. strains of rabba vey stir the visual.an almost tender look on his face, she looks at his face, seems a little nonplussed, and she lowers her arm. wound out of sight.

"tum... theek ho?"

soft, empathetic query. he needs to know. "mujhe interest nahin hai" is easy to say. khushi has never heard this tone of voice from him. and somehow it acts as perfect fuel for her fire. strange are our reactions when those who mean more to us than we know are concerned. instead of being mollified she's enraged. what did you ask? am i ok? after so much has happened only arnav suingh raizada can say such a thing... she takes off. he opens his mouth to explain, but...

"nahin!
aaj hum bolenge...
toh jahan tak aapka sawal  ka jawab hai... toh haan, mr arnav singh raizada, hum abhi theek hain...
aur agle kuch hi minton mein hum aur bhi theek hone waale hain... kyonki humne yeh faisla kar liya... ki hum yeh naukri chhodenge."

he looks stupefied almost at this declaration. she holds out her letter and he stands immobile just looking at it, almost a flash of pain in his eyes. then she continues, before you say i have lost... she counts out all the difficult tasks he'd set her and made her suffer through. he looks uncomfortable, perhaps even a bit remorseful about that... and speaking of the contract which she tried to live up to with sincerity and hard work, she ends:

"khushi kumari gupta ka naam aapke keemat se zyada maine rakhta hai."

she was trapped in the guest house for quite some time. gave her time to think, and all her thoughts led to the same conclusion, "ki bhad mein gaye aap aur bhad mein gaye aap ki naukri." as her anger pours out, she throws caution to the wind and speaks of rights and responsibilities, and how he had abdicated the latter, therefore had lost the claim on the former. she then accuses him of sending her to a dangerous place knowing it might threaten her life. the tirade loops back elegantly to the opening gambit, after all this you say "tum theek ho?" yes i'm fine, not because of you, despite you. and don't think i have lost this bet, you have.

people who love me, would never send me to such a place and put me in harms way. people who love me... neat dialogue, emotionally resonant, hits the viewer.

all the while he stands there silent, just looking at her, slight changes in expression in reaction to her words. at around the point she decides he knew she might die there, yet sent her, i thought i saw anger enter his eyes. if so, would be perfectly understandable.

he steps forward, she backward as though on cue. "bol diya?" he says, terse, clipped, efficient, maybe reining in his temper (why? because he understands her panic and really doesn't want to be nasty to her?) and sticks out his hand for the letter. the contenders are face to face, she spits out "bol diya!" and slaps the letter into his palm. boy, that felt like a real fight between lovers. just that bit. otherwise it was kkg asserting herself before the naturally authoritative and powerful asr.

yet surprisingly when after bidding naniji farewell khushi turns there's this deep and uncertain look in her eyes. rabba vey fades in. their eyes just gaze into each other. a connection you feel you can touch.

dimag had had its say. now it was dil's turn. all the while she walks away, there's an anguished look on her face, while he stands stock still watching her leave, away and a bit further away she goes, he can't look away. right at the door, she stops, and turns to look at him. pain on her countenance? he looks as though his whole world is going away. neither says a thing. he crushes the letter in his fist.

                "don't ya love her madly, don't ya need her badly
                  don't ya love her ways, tell me what ya say,"

                "don't ya love her madly, don't ya love her face
                  don't ya love her madly as she's walkin' out the door"

                  ~~~ robbie krieger, the doors ~~~
fantastic acting by barun and sanaya in this tense, erupting scene. a whole dialogue seemed to take place in parallel just through their looks at each other.
the smart and a bit naughty screen play has mamiji wondering if shyam has a woman in his life at the beginning of the episode only to be admonished by mamaji. and at the end, we see, shyam indeed all set to let another woman into his life. he will calm khushi down, he knows how, yuck.
before that a little teasing of buaji. mami was always the hintiya giver in ipk. her "cantrobhersial" weather forecast is about to come true i bet.
anjali moves into the asr kkg equation with a little hijacking of khushi on the way out. she is proud of the way khushi confronted him, however chhotey is not that bura a guy. khushi leaves, but that lost look, that confusion never quite leaves her face. in his room he reads her resignation letter. both remember things. he sees her in her red saree, hair flying. she remembers him holding her in the rain. they both recall the conflict in the guest house. you can walk out the door, but can you leave each other?
conflict takes us to resolution, without it, we can't really strive. as they say, all's fair in love and war. a powerful episode. brilliantly devised and of course, performed.
About the stuff in purple, i actually totally agree with you, infact some ppl ont he forum were upset that we never say Arnav actually pray (maybe for Khushi) and I think it was perfectly fine as he was a good person.. my thought was when he stepped into the mandrir, is was for Khushi and the idea of asking DM permission to marry, he did it happily with heart, i don't think in anyway we see him transforming into a "pujaari" for lack of better term.
love the insight in green! and plz ramble all you want, i speak for everyone here when i say we love your ramblings! :)
I agree Ami, Indi can ramble anytime she wants so totally amazing!
As far as Arnav and his spirituality, man that can open a whole thread. This man was spiritual even though he didn't want to admit it. There comes a time in a person's life called the awakening. We have all been raised to believe or not in one thing or another, but then taht day comes when it all makes sense. The Awakening. As ASR heart started to awaken and he evolved into Arnav and also while being Chote DM was seeping into his heart through Kushi. The day he came to the Mandir for her was just a committment to her and her DM. He opened his heart and mine to the possibility of, I will call "heaven", a place where their parents looked after them from above and the Divine. He was a spiritual man who had concrete beliefs, family values and a profound sense of love. After all isn't religion about living a life of love? He wanted it when he surrendered to our Kushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada.
he steps forward, she backward as though on cue. "bol diya?" he says, terse, clipped, efficient, maybe reining in his temper (why? because he understands her panic and really doesn't want to be nasty to her?) and sticks out his hand for the letter. the contenders are face to face, she spits out "bol diya!" and slaps the letter into his palm. boy, that felt like a real fight between lovers. just that bit. otherwise it was kkg asserting herself before the naturally authoritative and powerful asr.
yet surprisingly when after bidding naniji farewell khushi turns there's this deep and uncertain look in her eyes. rabba vey fades in. their eyes just gaze into each other. a connection you feel you can touch.
dimag had had its say. now it was dil's turn. all the while she walks away, there's an anguished look on her face, while he stands stock still watching her leave, away and a bit further away she goes, he can't look away. right at the door, she stops, and turns to look at him. pain on her countenance? he looks as though his whole world is going away. neither says a thing. he crushes the letter in his fist.
                "don't ya love her madly, don't ya need her badly
                  don't ya love her ways, tell me what ya say,"
                "don't ya love her madly, don't ya love her face
                  don't ya love her madly as she's walkin' out the door"
                  ~~~ robbie krieger, the doors ~~~

fantastic acting by barun and sanya in this tense, erupting scene. a whole dialogue seemed to take place in parallel just through their looks at each other.

the smart and a bit naughty screen play has mamiji wondering if shyam has a woman in his life at the beginning of the episode only to be admonished by mamaji. and at the end, we see, shyam indeed all set to let another woman into his life. he will calm khushi down, he knows how, yuck.
before that a little teasing of buaji. mami was always the hintiya giver in ipk. her "cantrobhersial" weather forecast is about to come true i bet.

anjali moves into the asr kkg equation with a little hijacking of khushi on the way out. she is proud of the way khushi confronted him, however chhotey is not that bura. khushi leaves, but that lost look, that confusion never quite leaves her face. in his room he reads her resignation letter . both remember things. he sees her in her red saree, hair flying. she remembers him holding her in the rain. they both recall the conflict in the guest house. you can walk out the door, but can you leave each other?

conflict takes us to resolution, without it, we can't really strive. as they say, all's fair in love and war. a powerful episode. brilliantly devised and of course, performed.

Indi, again Brilliant I want to bold everything in Pink which means perfection!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏
