if CVs are planned to unite Arjun and Purvi then they can do anything to prove their hut marriage as legal. Arjun and Purvi union is purely in EK's hand.

But I think 1st one is considered as legal in the eye of law. So CVs will somehow prove that Arjun Ovi and Purvi Onir wedding are not valid because ARVI wedding happened 1st. CVs can do anything!
