Bigamy and Zara ????

I did a quick search several pages back but didn't see anything relating to this so I thought I'd share a thought I had.

If Zara is in fact Zara and not Indira (I'm totally confused nowadays so don't know who the real Indira is Zara or LW - I used to think Zara was but after seeing Maha epi I'm not so sure because of the flash back but then again this is HD so who knows what the twist may yet come), anyway I digress and back to my point...😆

If Zara is Zara and not Indira isn't she still legally married to Malik? Wouldn't she be a bigamist (which is a crime here but don't know if it is allowed in there or no) being now married to Rishi (her second husband)? I mean she said the LW is no longer the legal wife of Rishi as she has been been gone for more than 7 years so unless I missed it or forgot it in some epi (either is possible😳) wouldn't her marriage to Rishi now be illegal? Did she get a legal divorce from Malik without his consent that I missed somewhere along the way? Or is the fact that he was proven a terrorist enough for her marriage to him to be considered null and void😕?

Actually I am a bit confused about this... She was divorcing him but then maulvi sahab came in and the mess that mk is a terrorist started.

But you can be sure she did because she had a court marriage and she is a government employee...

That's all that is needed for a divorce in India? Bring in the religious leader and state in front of him that you want a divorce? No paper work needs to filed or anything?

Wow, that is quick and in a hurry. Here you have to be living separately for 1 year before you can even apply for a divorce then you have to wait before all paper work has been taken care off etc. Can take up to 2 years here. Maybe that's why I was confused😆😕
