Chapter 5- The Invitation

*DING* *DONG*

"Ohh must be the girls… wonder what took them so long."

"Holly jeezus mother of god…. What happened to these two? I warned them not to get themselves drunk"

"Sorry auntie it's just that they got to many shots" replied Sid

"Ohh come in. come in both of you."

The boys entered the house. Carrying the girls in their arms.

"And you are…" "Auntie I'm Siddharth malhotra…and this is my brother Arnav"

The boys were just about to lay the girls on the couch when auntie interrupted.

"Beta if u don't mind can you please take them to their rooms. Please."

"Sure auntie" said Sid. "What the hell man? What else? Clean their lawn and bathrooms?" muttered Arnav under his breath. "Umm did you say something" asked auntie. "No auntie must be a fly or something" replied Arnav.

The boys enter their room. It was a one massive room with 2 beds. One bed with everything pink and the other bed was blue. They had everything 2 for each 2 closets. 2 tables. 2 piles of laundry clothes. And 2 book racks. Sid knew from the pink bed it was Alia's bed that left Arnav with the blue one. They laid them and they were about to turn around to leave when Arnav noticed that Khushi was holding on to his collar so tightly. When he tried to pull himself away, she started muttering something though she was asleep and tightened her grip on his collar. Finally he broke through the grip and was about to leave when Sid showed him a book rack totally filled with books about vampires. The rack had a warning sign saying "WARNING- KKG'S PROPERTIES. DO NOT TOUCH. DARE TO TRY AND I'LL BREAK YOUR BONES"

Which made both of the boys laugh. "Yeah right break our bones while having a total hangover…" smirked Arnav. The rack contained some novels like twilight saga, house of night, vampire diaries, Dracula comics, true blood series, vampire academy etc...Kinda hell a lot of vampire stuff"

"Now that's what I call a vampire obsession… she's truly a big fan of us" said Sid. "Yeah yeah wonder if she has any idea about us." Said Arnav. They went downstairs to be greeted by Alia's mother. You two sit down I made coffee for you too. I must say thank you for both of you for bringing them and especially I wanted to meet you Siddharth." "Oh me … umm yeah…what is it?" Sid looked puzzled while Arnav relaxed himself on the couch with his cup of coffee, readying himself for the conversation between Sid and Alia's mother when his eye caught the sight of her necklace. The necklace had the sign of a hunter but he got that out of his mind because he knew if Sid talked right they can get friendly with this hunter and get to know some stuff.

"Umm beta... How am I suppose to begin this? Umm you and Alia are going out aren't you?"

"Yes auntie. We do."

"Beta I think you're a very nice guy. Alia never told me about this relationship it's just that I had to beg it out of Khushi this evening and I think she never told me about it because she was scared that I will avoid her from seeing you. But now she's big. She can take decisions on her own and I don't wanna come between them. It's just that I kept a strict eye on her after my husband died. After that incident Alia changed. She avoided me and everyone but now she's changing back to the girl I knew. I think that's because of you. I just wanted to tell you thank you for bringing back my girl back to life and please don't break her heart. She won't be able to handle it. I hope I can understand what I mean"

"Yes auntie, I certainly do… and I promise I will never break her heart. You can always count on me" said an emotional Sid.

'Wow this is much better than those Indian teledramas… I never knew Sid had this kind of an emotional area.puft … ohh god good thing I'm not that emotional.' Thought Arnav. Before they start up a new conversation Arnav started talking "Umm I think we should go now. It's late. Thanks for the coffee. It's delicious. Shall we Sid?" "Yeah sure. Bye auntie take care." They both left to the door.

"ummm you 2 one second… Sid don't tell Alia about our discussion and I want you to come for dinner tomorrow. Be here at 6. You too Arnav." "Ohh no auntie I don't think that I'll be able to, but Sid will be here" "don't worry auntie I'll drag him over don't worry…we'll be here." Said Sid cutting of Arnav and they left for their home.

"What the hell yaarr… you know I'm not in to such dinners and stuff…" "c'mon Arnav … cant you do this little thing for your beloved brother…?"
"ohh nooo that trick is not gonna work on me twice" said Arnav

-FLASHBACK-

"Arnav cant you do this one little thing for your brother. I'm your only brother nah… please carry Khushi… after all she's not heavy. She's as light as a feather. Alia's much heavier than her. I'll do anything for you. pleaseee …. I love you nah… you're the best brother in the world"

"Okay enough I'll carry her…"

-END OF FLASHBACK-

"You know Arnav if you go you can find out more about hunters. You know whether they are like that."

"Well you're right I think I'll go with you… now you better go to sleep its 2 a.m and we're running out of blood I'm going to get some. Plus don't wake me up early tomorrow cuz it's Saturday. Got it? I hate it when you wake me up early on Saturdays.

"Girls wake up!!! Up up get up" screams Alia's mother from the top of her lungs.

"Hmmm 1 more minute mom…urghhh" "no auntie 5 more minutes. I think I'm sick. Ohhh n my head hurts." "Yeah right your head is the only thing that's hurting. Ummm by the way where are we?"

"I said wake up you two. Both of you are at home. On your bed and its 10 in the morning wake up!! Don't make me come to you again. And remember both of you are GROUNDED FOR A MONTHS. No parties, no tv, no cell phone… got it? Now wake up before I spill water on both of your heads"

That shot the girls some senses. "GROUNDED!! FOR A MONTH!!!" exclaimed both of them together.

"Yes for a month." Said Alia's mother while picking up their laundry clothes. "I want both of you to go to the laundry, clean the dining room, the kitchen and the bathrooms. Then I want you both to go grocery shopping. Now get up. Lazy heads."

"By the way auntie. How did we ended up home? As far as I remember… um we were dancing …" "and drinking" Alia completed Khushi's sentence. "Ohh so you admit that you were drinking!! I thought you promised me"

"Sorry we couldn't keep it…" replied Khushi.

"As for that you both are grounded. And two good looking boys carried you here. They were extremely polite."

"Who??!! Sid?" exclaimed Alia. "Yes that boy and his brother. You never mentioned me about him Alia. So you like him?" "I'm sorry mom…I didn't mean to keep things away from you… yeah I like him…"

"Well I like him too, honey… but from now on don't hide things from me… now get the hell up and start cleaning up…"

The girls spent the whole day cleaning and doing other chores given by Alia's mom. Alia didn't get a chance to call Sid nor message him. But the day went so soon and the girls went out grocery shopping around at 5 pm. They were not aware of the visitors whom are gonna join them for dinner.

*ding* *dong*

"Must be the boys." "I see you boys work right on time..Come in take a seat. The girls went grocery shopping. After all they were grounded for the rest of the month."

"Ohh no wonder Alia didn't call me." Said Sid looking sad.

"Uffooo Alia … I never thought grocery shopping can be this much bad… why are these bags a taller than our heads even I can't see what's in front of me. Are we in the right house?"

"How the hell am I suppose to know, even my bag is higher than my head. Mom we're home. We need a little help over here…"

"Need hand sweetie?" Asked a husky and a sexy voice.

Khushi recognized this voice and dropped the bag making a perfect "o" from her mouth. "

Precap-"Ok ok I got them closed …and I'm not gonna open them until you ask me to." Said Khushi while holding Arnav's hand tightly entangling her fingers with his. Arnav could hear her heartbeat.

there you go chapter 5 . sorry to dissapoint you with not giving you your must awaited arshi moment but i give you my word next update will surely contain arshi moments.

clues- arshi first hug , arshi fights, khushi and auntie's fight about khushi's parents death. past is yet to be revealed. (which means there's more things that you should know about hunters and vampires which will be revealed after the 10th chapter.)

i will continue the story till 10th chapter and will see the responses whether to continue or not. so if i get positive i'll write more 😆

arnav is really a good brother to sid and i believe its because he is so responsible in all situations like predicting to sid abt taking these girls home before they doze off.

So alia's mom lyk sidnd calls dem both for a dinner nxt nite...so alia's mom is also wearing a hunter's ncklace..i'm telling u u need to show us d ncklace pic bcoz it is goingtoplay an important part...so khushi has ''vampire obssesion'' hehehe...
