Does Shiv know of Anupam’s love?

In today's episode Anupan says that he was the first one to fall in love and Shiv is the one who married first. Does that mean Shiv knows about Anupam's love for Ipshita? If he knows that how can he love Ipshita?

cuz if u think about it....anupam mentioned he fell in love first....then shiv must noe about it cuz why wud such good fwenz hide sumthing like this from eachother...and even if shiv didnt noe...he wud've asked rite on the spot who he loves...but he didnt...so he must noe...

but den...there's word that ipshita-shiv are to be gf-bf...so if shiv knew...he wudnt make a relationship with ipshita naa...

yea thats true meha if he knew then he wouldnt make a realationship with her.

but ipshita behaved very normal when she saw s-g together but when she said shiv made a kistake by marrying gauri i though she loved shiv u really cant tell what true.
