why isnt mallika exposed for the rhea cas

How come once again mallika is going scott free and noone knows about the role she played in instigating Rhea against Armaan in the sexual case? why doesnt she have to answer to anyone and always manages to save her sorry stinking behind?if she ends up marrying armaan then finally evil has triumphed over good , and had T and D just been taking us for a ride with all these promos regarding jassi arman wedding!!!!!!!!they really must think we're a bunch of losers who would fall for anything, that would be the ultimate betrayal ie if mallika marries armaan and is never exposed.
