I feel that I have somewhat understood the charcater called Vikram. I find him highly emotional infact an emotional wreck. His actions seem to be guided by the rush of emotions in his mind at that moment. In the process, he appears unpredictable to others and antagonises the people around him.
When he was overwhelmed by the feeling of love for Sugni he sped in his jeep in serach of her and persuaded her to return back to village instead of leaving for the city. From there on he tried to convince her that she also loved(??) him and he was the person who would fulfill her dreams.He used persuasion tactics to make Sugni love him because his emotions were running high. He just wanted Sugni for himself and in this pursuit he told lies about Reva and did every possible thing to keep Reeva and Gulabiya away from spoiling his chances of marrying Sugni.Whether it was capturing Sugni at gunpoint or shooting Gulabiya or he going mad seeing Aditya and Sugni together and immediately planning something evil, indicates that he cannot keep his emotions in check and allows his heart to rule his head.To me he does not appear a levelheaded person.
For everything he has kept a gun ready. Diggi Kuhu matter could have been solved in a sensible way rather than brandishing the gun and trying to shoot Digvijay in a fit of anger.
