Nach Baliye 2: Fab or flab?

Hiten and Gauri
I have adviced warm ups for Hiten and Gauri as they had complained about a pull in their knees. I have also recommended a high protein diet for Gauri.
Shweta Tiwari and Raja
Raja is fit and Shweta needs to eat her breakfast daily.
Gauri and Yash Tonk
Gauri needs to improve her eating habits. Yash needs to balance his intake of proteins and carbohydrates.
Tina and Hussain Kuwajerwala
Tina needs to take a lot of vitamins as her immunity level is low. I have also advised her to eat more fruits, vegetables and eat six meals a day. Hussain is fine.
Gurdip Kohli and Arjun J Punjj
Gurdip has been adviced to combine cardio along with weight training. Arjun is erratic in terms of his fitness.
Shweta Kawaatra and Manav Gohil
Both have taken care of themselves quite well.
Keerti Gaekwad and Sharad Kelkar
Keerti doesn't exercise. I had to motivate her to start exercising. Sharad Kelkar, a qualified trainer, has taken care of himself.
Narayani Shastri and Gaurav Chopraa
Narayani incidentally trains at my gym at Khar. They are both fit.
Tanaaz Lal and Bakhtyaar Irani
Both Tanaaz and Bhaktyar are full of energy.
