It is perhaps the most successful Bollywood franchise from Yash Raj Films. Actors like Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham have been part of the series. The third film in the franchise has a budget of more than Rs 200 crore.

I love that. People always talk about YRF doing shady things with screens and they bully eveyone and yet everyone wants to work with them.. But Salman is only one whole stood up to them and got what he wanted. Apparently Biggest Paycheck ever for Bollywood actor in 1 movie. His own composer got put on. He apparently dictated what Katrina wore. My favorite was I was watching Komal Nahta and Katrina said Mashaalah had very different choreography . But Salman was said Ek Minute yaar and did what he wanted . This Nigga just runs stuff.

Joginder Tuteja denied it outright on Twitter. 200 crore is too much. Just rumoured by those who want to prove it is underperformer because of budget! LOL!
