Mumbai: If you are sick, bored and tired of Himesh Reshammiya's repetitive music and just cannot escape him, there's some good news. Reshammiya is cutting down on his music and singing assignments. In the past month itself, he has declined more than 15 big films offers.
"I have now decided that I will restrict myself to four films a year because I want my work to be exclusive. Job satisfaction is very important for me. In the last one month I have refused 15-16 films," Reshammiya said.
And if you are one of these who think he is a real rockstar in whose footsteps you would like to follow, the good news is that he's opening the Himesh Reshammiya School of Music.
The school which will teach all the popular genres of music will start in the four metros and expects to enroll 10,000 students next year.
And there is more to Reshammiya, he is also set for a new look.
"There is a lot of talk about my change of look. Definitely there will be some kind of change, which Roopa is designing at the moment but it won't be very drastic. I will essentially remain who I am," Reshammiya said.
Reshammiya recently came back after a super successful 18-city tour in the US and Canada and will soon be flying to London where he will also unveil his future plans. Till then, it's Reshammiya ka suroor all the way.
