What is addiction? Anything in excess.
Anything in excess, that leads you to do anything to get that excess, is addiction. Is dangerous, can make you Gumrah. And that addiction can be literally anything, it can be sex, drugs, money, gambling, chocolates, tv. Anything.
Do I have an addiction? Well no, I won't say there is anything that has affected me so much that I am willing to lose everything for it. But yes, at times I do have periods where I am addicted to bed, and being lazy 😆 but nothing that will cause harm to me, or people around me.
