not 100% sure but if the spouses have been separated for as long as they have, Padmini does not need BSC's signature for divorce. The courts will grant her divorce if she wishes. I doubt they are going to cover this though. Just saying if she wants to, she can get it.

talking about sense and logic, first thing comes to my mind is always how can there be a full moon on karva chauth in evry serial and movie..😆😆😆😆😆😆
i know it's not abt topic but whenever somebody discuss some logic in serials it is first thought which comes to my mind...

actually I am gonna say same...if the couple are away for more than 10yrs..there is no need for divorce coz that marriage will b nullified

n again if u really c the old times...marriage registration is not done in villages. ..so no question of divorce

registration is not an inssue in hindu marriage act but yes they have been separated for along long time to there marriage stands anulled divorce is not needed any one party can proove separation and get the marriage anulled exparty...so far as I knoow
