its a combined promo of PV, QH and PR. Purvi is speaking she is wearing a sari and in the background there a party going on where every one is wearing masks. She says there is some saazish the family is unaware of and then the other show ppl speak and purvi in the end says will you support us. So something is happening in the new year wonder if it has to do with punni wedding. Looks like there is a new year partu coz only purvi was shown in the party scene while the other show guys werent.
