The only thing that throws me is the brain tumor part. The rest can be explained away if LW is Zara who could be working for Malik.
Thumb impression could have been changed.
Burn mark could have been from anytime (including the bomb blast that Malik mentioned that Zara was in)
Indira's clothes could have also been planted
Remembering Rishi could all be an act.

Again, the only thing that throws me is the brain tumour but for me everything else points to Zara being Indira. Same behavior as Indira and even Indu acts like her (including stance). As for the DNA test that also could have been swapped by Malik.

For a criminal like Malik all of the above is possible to change, especially for someone who has lost their memory (maybe he was even in cahoots with Swetha - which could be another reason she declared her dead (not only to get Rishi)).

I could be completely off but these are just some possibilities...
