I think she didn't know why RK was telling her to come with him, she just thought he didn't want her alone with the Bhatia's at home and wanted to be with her on the set, otherwise they will miss each other, so she just came in the same outfit, only downstairs when Radhaji told her, but as she told RK she would follow in another car, but then she had a chance to change, but she chose not to, perhaps she thought it will be a small get together just with the same film crew and didn't want to be overdressed.

😆 probably Madhu took to heart what RK told her at dinner the night before she should get used to the life of a person which is not a superstar, do everything for herself, no servant and if he leaves everything no more designer dress for every day, so she decided I will repeat this dress, I like this one outfit I will repeat it.

Or it could be part of the story, where RK is selling his status cars right, no more BMW and Mercedes, perhaps Madhu's designer outfits also his stopped ordering them, it's some dark blackmail plot his paying the blackmailer all his money...😃😛
