Akshay Kumar will be seen in a
completely new look in his
upcoming film Special Chabbis
directed by Neeraj Pandey.
Incidentally, Akshay Kumar's look
in the movie is quintessentially
from the '80s.
A source said, "The film is about
one of the most talked about
heists of the 1980s in Zaveri
Bazaar. Akshay plays a con man
while Manoj Bajpayee and Jimmy
Sheirgill play cops. He wanted a
specific look in the film and a lot
of research was done. He wanted
to look like the actors, a la Rajesh
Khanna, from the '80s who
essayed gangsters in their films.
His character's mannerisms and
attire are inspired from that era."
The promo of the film will be
launched with Salman Khan's
sequel of Dabangg.
