stop wearing pallu on her head. i was catching up on some old episodes and saw that once she did not wear a pallu on her head and daddaji and everyone else was too upset?

they were upset but then they gave her permission because rashmi and nandini didnt wear it so considering her to be the daughter of the family also rather than daughter-in-law. :)

it was actually the old daddaji was the one asked askara to stop wearing pallu on her head on nadini;s wedding day

Dadda ji had realized that anyone can wear pallu and pretend to be sanskaari while harbouring disrespect for family and tradition in their hearts. On the other hand, if you're clean from the heart and truly respect the elders you don't need to show that by wearing pallu or anything else. This message was conveyed quite clearly in the episodes around Nandini's wedding.
