She's none other than our gorgeous Kratika Sengar @ Aarti. She has grown tremendously through out her journey from Kasauti to Punar Vivah.
The first time I saw her acting was in Jhansi and I was immediately flabbergasted when I saw her in Rani Laxmibai's avatar. The first thing that came into my mind was "WHAT AN EXPRESSION/ ACTING!! WHO IS SHE".. It would be an understatement if I said I was impressed with her acting. I was taken aback by her acting so much that I immediately started googling her out and started watching and going through all her previous works. She delivered her character as Laxmibai with poise, confidence and such power that I was so moved and felt whatever she was trying to deliver in her acting. (I can still remember how at one point I was feeling so pissed off with the British for all their atyachar after she gave Nelson the biggest lesson in his life. Plus when she preached about how we should stand up against the firangi I suddenly felt an overwhelming surge of patriotism for a country I have never even stepped foot in). That was how good she portrayed her role as Laxmibai and it was then I confirmed to myself that I have NEVER seen a better Indian actress than her. What amazes me to the core is the fact that she has never taken any acting class but yet she shows such prowess that I have NEVER and I repeat NEVER seen in any new actress. She acts better than veterans if I may say.
Then came Punar Vivah. At first I was really skeptical with her choice of acting in Punar Vivah after portraying such a powerful role as it wouldn't showcase her talent to the fullest. By my goodness, how wrong I was to even make such a judgement. She in fact proved that she is a versatile actress and can step into any role. From that powerful avatar, she transformed herself into a subtle, patient and aadarsh bahu, wife, mother, daughter and sister in law with such ease and perfection that I could feel each and every emotion she delivered. She has that touch to her acting that allows viewers (or at least me) to laugh, cry and rejoice with her and she delivers each and every role with such accuracy and emotions that make whatever she does and/or say totally believable. She execute all her roles with the precision which is rarely found in today's film/tv industry.
Kratika Sengar has definitely proven herself as one of the top actresses out there (the best for me).. She is definitely super gorgeous and has the bubbly, feisty and girl next door outlook to her (based on her interviews) but it is her continual delivery of roles with so much skill, dedication and love that has resulted in her making a permanent mark in the industry.
Kratika thank you so much for coming into the industry. I feel really honoured that I get to see such acting prowess from you. It is heart warming to watch you in your new role as Aarti and yet again you have proven that you can step into any role and perfectly execute it the moment you put your mind and heart into it. Love you so much Kratika and I do wish that one day I would have the wonderful opportunity of meeting you in person. If it happens, I'll call myself the most blessed and luckiest woman on earth. Continue rocking Kratika.❤️❤️❤️❤️
