he loves them all for different reasons. he loves tulsi because she gave him a space in her house and considers him as her own son. he loves nandani more than himself. he loves bhoomi because she is nandani's daughter. he is always reminded of N when he sees bhoomi, and considers bhoomi as his and nandani's daughter. for him tanya may have raised bhoomi but he still considers nandani her mother and their (KN) daughter.
