Zoe is not the kind to say a sorry even if you put a gun on her head. She has done so many mistakes but she has never VERBALLY said sorry to Asad. Her ego is just as big as Asad's.
Yet...she was hurt and stung by what Asad thought of her. Mind you, she was not angry or furious - she was hurt and near tears that Asad judges her to be a woman of no integrity and almost loose morals. So, she gets ready to go and apologize to Chakram . Ideally, she should have thought of it before , but no... it hit her and hit her hard when Asad looked at her with those ruthless judgy eyes.
I am not sure if she wants to even say sorry to Chakram. Today, it came across as though her giant ego bowed and bent just because it hit her hard that Asad thought so low of her.
It matters to Zoe what Asad thinks of her, no matter what argument you offer me.
And Asad? He is going to regret every single word that he said to Zoe and Dilshaad today. A mother's instinct is always right - "Mera mann nahiin maanta ladki ko wahaan akele bhejne ke liye." Thank you, Dilshad, for being the voice of the audience.
