RE Photo

@Zoe, Zoya, Peach and Leela,

I found the photo very weird.

Not weird that it was made to be presented by Radhaji to Madhu. All the weirdness about it has been targeted towards Radhaji's incompetence though. Infact that very obvious and easy target made me ignore the photo completely.

So what was wierd for me ? Who in the right sense will have that pic framed? Its against common sense? A photographer at real or the production crew, how would they justify that photo to average viewer ? A Photo is Photo. And two people, love no love, hate no hate, they just need to photographed to fit the frame, to go by dimensions.

Hence I would totally discard the photo gifting as something significant other than to serve the purpose of being instrumental in Madhu's fall and aiding the allaying of misunderstanding for her husband.

However as you say...the pic has RK looking at Madhu...This at best I can only credit with unconventional characteristic for RK. In MBVerse or RK world, by rule, everything about RK has to be unconventional and hence an ordinary Pati-Patni ka joda picture is unconventional. This is the simplest an ordinary viewer can understand and which will make sense to him.

Symbolism or meaning ...everything makes sense as ordinary people understand. The flat statement anyone can make here is that the photo is as weird as the couple in question, trying to build the relationship, brought in so soon as hunky-dory and to be framed in Hall of Fame by a dunce of a mother and Mother-In-Law, aiding in a scene to be finished.

To me it is as wierd from the Creatives as Madhu wearing Dipali's saree. Mistakes. Errors of Overlook that are gross and grotesque even for weird characteristic aberrations of Madhu, RK or Radha...because the underlying rule of the Photo Framing...The principles of Unison, to fit the dimensions has been ignored. It is better off not taking the pic or framed, if the pose did not happen. Simple.

Highlight of the episode
RK and Madhu understand each other. RK understands Madhu's dilemma and tells her that Madhu cannot forgive Shamsher Malik for what he did and yet she cannot deny that they have a relationship. There is pain, but she needs to just let it go as that would help things. Likewise Madhu reminded RK that he cannot forgive his mother, but there is a relationship that he cannot deny and he should let go the pain as it would only help him move on.

Beauty of the episode
When Rishabh Kundra looks at his black painting and doesn't like what has come out from his heart thinking about his mother. At that kind of expression from inside, makes him realize that he needs to let it go, call it truce so that his heart can picture/hold beauty. Loved how his conflict went on between his making his own cup of tea and the cup of tea that his mother made for him.

Shri,

@ Bold...Until I read this,it didn't occur to me...yes,his pyaar bhi hain aur dard bhi hain holds true for both Madhu-Shamsher and RK-his mother.Seems both of them are going to make peace
with their respective parents at the same time during this track...

@ other..Liked what you said and agree...The FB he remembers during the painting session is of his mother being patient and lovingly teaching him of holding the brush and paint...This,I guess is a revelation to his conscious mind of the fact he knows all along that no matter what his mother does love him...FB triggered by Madhu (to listen to his heart) kind of forced him to accept it...In the morning when he sees the painting it again was a revelation of his inner self...The chaos, the extent of the bitterness and anger he is been indulging in towards his mother...Now that the contrast(of his mothers love and his bitterness) has come to his conscious mind,he is going to confront it , deal and make peace with it...he can no longer deny his own hidden affections for her...

But from the time, Madhu has started to make a place in his heart, she realized that he is starting to open up his heart which raised her hopes.. She saw that RK had made peace with his father and Bappa after the Ganpati track bcoz of Madhu..
and she knows that he is letting only Madhu in and no one else. So Madhu is the ladder to reach out to him...
Today, she was a lil hesitant to lie to RK that Madhu has gone to the mandir too..
@paint: Radhaji was shocked to see the messed-up canvas and understands the damage she has caused to him. That is why she was so down and was sure that he would never drink the cup of tea made from her hands.. But she went ahead with this childish prank coz Madhu would have convinced her of the same and when it comes to RK, Madhu knows better...

P.S: DO not mistake me to be proponent of Radhaji

Thank u for the reply. And no, i will not mistake u to be advocate of Radha.😊
The problem I have with Radha is that she didnt try enough. I would buy the arguement that RK shut himself form the world and he needed to be given space if he was a grown up man. If she though a 13 yr old child needs space, especially when he has lost his father and has to adjust to him mom married to someone else and allowed him shut himself off... She failed as a mother! Period! Even if i have to say it is fine leave him alone... i cant imagine leaving a kid alone for more than 24 hours... and here it is 15 years! And frankly if it was anyother bond in the world I may still discount it... but I cant beleive a mother cannot reachout to her child, her only child and especially when she was the ONLY one he had in this world to call his own! For a child to spend sleepless nights not for a day or two but for 15 years with a mother under same roof is a Mother's failure. I am not questioning her love for her son, I am questioning her conviction to make her son's life atleast peacefull, if not happy. I get angry when I see her shed tears at her son's ruthless behaviour. Has she spared a thought on why despite all the anger and hatred RK still stays with her, puts up with the Bhatias so much so hides their misdeeds only for her? Forget RK, lets write him off as an impossible kid, what about Sikki? Sikki must be a year or 2 older than RK... has she been a good mother to him? I dont see a bond there at all... whatever it is it is demonstrated by her relationship with Dipali.
I agree that Madhu is the only one he allows into his world, but has Madhu had it easy? Madhu probably had the toughest chance to make a meaningful relationship with RK... but she managed. It was her grit and conviction that held ground infront of a ruthless RK. And Radha had her own child infront of her to care and nourish and she failed. I agree it is but natural for Radha to seek Madhu's help. What will disappoint me a great deal will be if Madhu sees this situation only from Radha's prespective(which is the case untill now). Why should Rishab relent? He has reasons to be angry too... I want those to addressed. I want Madhu to remind Radha that though RK has kept away from her... she has been the only one RK has cared for until now and knowing how slow Radha is, may be even illustrate how RK has taken care of his mother despite himself.
Radha's character disappoints me for the lack of depth and more importantly the self pity she indulges in.

Thank you Hima.

What I liked about yesterday was ...just like RK doesn't want Madhu to become his doctor (because of his past experiences) but he cannot deny what she said, that he needs to heal. I was saying on Dec 6th discussion, with you and ATN, that either Madhu needs to confront Radhaji about whys? or she needs to talk to Rishabh Kundra about his mother. She appealed to RK on Dec 6th when she scolded him for being rude to his mother and he apologized. And today she again appealed to Rishabh and Rishabh the hurt person also decided it time to retire. His deciding has effectively removed his dependence on doctors in his life and the fear of deception. Healing in real sense starts when person who is hurt sees what damage is happening to him by remaining bitter.

For me showing it through the painting scene and later in kitchen...him trying to just do it away with everything...that gulping down tea rather than sipping tea, made so much sense. Because when you let it go, you forgive people, you get more pleasure and relief from it...this is infact more than what Madhu's closeness can give him. But that Madhu thought about helping him in this manner, is gonna make him appreciate her worth. Such a contrast betweem Dipali and Madhu. One said, you can never be happy and so don't expect love, don't look for it...but Madhu...she says, its not about love, its about a relationship that you cannot deny and you still love that person...Dipali made him look like a beggar to himself...whereas Madhu made him the rich man who can give away.

Preet messaged me yesterday and said...so Shri you got the painter there and it must have appealed to you. I said yes.😆 In this regard we both think alike...we just cannot hold grudges close to heart...Naasoor ban jaate hain.

I am happy it made sense to Namzz and many others too.
